The lore on Ty and Nick is they didn't really talk that much before the Vic stuff. Someone will no doubt correct me where I am off, but I think Nick was directed to talk to Ty when he was thinking about being a lawyer and going to law school, and that was about the extent of their interactions previous to Vic. Of course Ty is the executor of the grandparents Rekieta estate, but honestly, he would be just some guy to Nick really even at that point.

It's a fair point about the notary shenanigans and the business registration. I wouldn't be surprised if Nick someone fucked up the latter, or at least bore some responsibility, which he also did not maintain in MN for his Law LLC.

I gave as much credit as I could and even though we know inherently that Rumble inflates numbers I chose to take it at face value because the numbers are embarrassing regardless and I don't have demonstrable proof. I've been away this week for the funeral of a family member. She has people in other states and even another country who couldn't attend so I took the reigns on setting up an unlisted live stream for her. To get around copyright issues I used Rumble as opposed to FB or YT.

I've never done a live stream before so I put up one unlisted stream that lasted less than a minute and did not send the link out. I tested it by viewing it once on my phone and then deleted it. I set up the second one, unlisted, and something weird happened where OBS sent a test signal that started and then ended the stream with 5 minutes of static. It was up for an hour before I realized and deleted it, but the link was never sent out.

The final stream is the one that was actually used, unlisted, and we did send the link out. I know how many people we sent the link out to. 102 people showed up physically and we sent it out to maybe a dozen or two friends and family max.

Compare what I said above to these stats and you can see some pretty obvious manipulation. How embarrassing.
