Those are so clearly bruises and not bug bites. They are in the shape of a hand grabbing the arm. Not raised and way too big to be mosquito bites. Unless she has some serious blood clotting disorder that makes her bruise that badly from bug bites, which would make you an even bigger piece of shit parent for not taking her to a doctor for.

Rozy probably scratches them a lot which causes them to irritate. I've mentioned it before, dengue is relatively common in Yucatan but how likely you are to get it depends on your personal hygiene. The mosquito female loves to lay eggs in damp dark bottles or backyard trash. Ralph constantly walk over tons of empty bottles make of that what you will.

How many mosquito bites you've ever seen together in your life?

under 25° N you get fucking harassed by mosquitoes day and night if you don't use bug spray when you are outside, It's fucking insane. especially the pacific coastal zones and the Yucatan Peninsula. North of Hermosillo In the ten years I've been in the Hermosillo/Nogales/Phoenix/San Francisco area I don't recall being bitten at all by mosquitoes.

It's very common for babies to get allergic reactions to mosquitoes bites after being bitten nonstop. There will be enlarged redness next to the traditional mosquito bite bump and it will be extra uncomfortable. Babies later get used to it but the more they scratch it the worse it gets.

I've seen that dozens of times and it is extremely rare you are still showing signs of skeeter syndrome when older than 5.

there are two types of mosquitoes in Mexico, the traditional ones you find in the American caribbean and in the Rocky mountains and some insane small swarm of litteral flying dot mosquitoes (literally they are so small they look like dots) which are extremely difficult to get rid of

Those just don't look like mosquito bites to me, I see what you're saying, but that looks more like bruises bro, and I'm not just saying it to Aylaawg Ralph, even on that pic you linked you can see the little bumps, ok thats not a good photo, but still...
I'll reserve judgement on it being a grab, but mosquito bites just don't cut it as far as I can see.

Not to give ethan any credit here because he could certianly afford some bug spray, but my children do get those marble sized lumps if they get mosquito bites. It's usually on their legs since mosquitos like to stay in the grass if it's too hot out, but she is probably still crawling everywhere.

Another possibillity is they could be fire ant bites. Fire ants are the equivelant of satan's deciples, in insect form.
