I believe Chris's bond was approved as a last resort to house him or get him room and board, in order to give him a chance to justify his deferred disposition. Chris and Heilberg could not find a group home and could not have proceeded with the disposition without one, so Heilberg finally gave in and housed Chris with a family member or enabler just to give him a chance to fulfill the terms and actually get the case dropped.
Sounds really plausible, but would the lawyer really pay out of his own pocket for Chris's release? He surely fully knows that if he did pay, Chris would never be able to pay him back.
I know he offers his representation for free, and the bond would probably be pocket change for a lawyer as well-off as Heilberg, but still, that sounds like a step too far.

Is that a common practice? Do we have any idea what the bond amount might be?

I don't think Heilberg bonded Chris out, I just think he convinced the court to let someone else bond Chris out (or if the court was already on-board he agreed to it himself).

I thought this was a dumb post but then I realized that I ALSO thought it was dumb to think Chris would fuck his aged, infirm and possibly incompetent mother and it turns out I was just naive so now I don't know...
it's the stupidest thing chris would do... i made up the idea that chris's lawyer got something to keep ah chris away from his mother, well they're just things that i make up, anything can happen.

Ah gotcha. Then that sounds more realistic, but still a pretty big risk. If true, Heilberg is really putting his neck out for Chris.

He was probably bailed out by the glowniggers. They need more tranny loners nobody will miss - I mean fodder -- I mean SOLDIERS for "special ops" Their last one just went well.

Nobody will even question how a man nobody likes got out of jail and got an armada of illegal weapons.
Call me a political sperg all you want, we all saw what he did to the Asperpedia Four. It's only a matter of time before he tries to Revive Zordon IRL. Nobody believed he'd rape anybody either.

I doubt Chris has had his internet access restricted beyond maybe a curfew; supreme court decisions have made that more and more difficult, as a post pointed out earlier.
It generally requires some connection to the actual crime, and Chris didn't really commit an Internet crime. If it was something like grooming kids online, they could and probably would put severe restrictions on him. If I had to make a guess it's that it's unlikely there will be any court-imposed limitations on his Internet use, although a group home might have its own restrictions.

If he is in a group home, I doubt they'll have much tolerance for him tarding around all the time, much less tard raging at staff. He will be told to knock that shit off.

So the Homeless Saga begins. Not in the way I expected it, but it begins.
Time will tell whether Chris ends up in jail again.

Just me or does he look a lot slimmer around the neck and jaw? Like most spergs, prison food and routine did him good. Doubt it’ll last though.
We must be seeing two different people because he does not look healthier, more like a different version of unhealthy. He went from morbidly obese to very thin, showing off how little muscle mass he has pretty clearly

JAAANKEEEE!!!... I'm coming for you, you villainous troll.

Even though there are 99,99% chances that nothing will happen, she still must be at least a little bit concerned about him being released, which gives me great joy.
Did Janke actually do anything other than to egg him on though? Pretty awful behavior on her part, but Chris is ultimately the one who chose to rape Barb.

We are all in agreement that given all the Jesus shit this era should be called the Second Coming right?
Yeah, his night with Barb was absolutely his first coming though. :edit: Wait no, he had that hooker some time ago. That was his first coming, Barb was the second, and his third and last coming will likely occur when he "blesses" some random person with his "holy water".

I tried to look up Virginia legal code that deals with bails and I couldn't find anything about medical bail:

Is there any instance in which this has happened in Virginia before?
It’s not a law, it’s just a plea a lawyer can make to the Judge to grant bail but on very specific terms. It’s still bail but with more restrictions.

It’s why we still haven’t had like a YouTube Live of Chris stuffing himself with McDonalds, surrounded by half opened legos saying how he din-du nuffin and it was magichus plan for him to go to jail for “””””healing”””””” his mother.
