I think ( not a lawyer, but lawyer adjacent ) that after 600+ days in county lockup, a couple of psyche evals, and some sort of statement from his highly respected lawyer, Chris was allowed out on personal recognizance. I also think that the wait time was due to a lack of suitable "special" housing, and that issue has been resolved.
I suspect the argument was made Chris was never given access to tard training, and he has now been placed somewhere that can happen. The court granted his bonded release contingent on progress and good behavior, and that will be evaluated by the judge in August.
I would not be surprised if, given a positive evaluation by the staff at whatever facility he is in, he gets a time-served sentence. The transportation order was to bring Chris to court (from jail) and appear before the judge, who wanted to ascertain Chris understood his conditions if he was released on bond, and what would happen if he didn't follow the Court's conditional instruction.
All speculation, as I made clear.
As a postscript, I would add- that last picture of Chris says a lot. I think he might have realized he needs to play the game by someone else's rules. He's not happy about it, but I think he gets it. Welcome to the real world, Chris-Chan.
