I think he likes the attention he gets in the nursing home and his insurance company figured it out that it would be cheaper to just send him home and have his wife wipe his ass for him.

Whether that "Bill" is going to probably come your way is not up to you, Jack. What is up to you is how financially fucked (is has not) you plan to be.
What's interesting is Jack likely had an inkling how long his coverage would last, which is why he indicated he planned to leave last week. I wonder if Tammy is refusing to collect him and pushing for him to have assisted pottytimes and breakfast in bed as long as she possibly can.

I'm not surprised if this actually happened. Jack clearly was refusing to follow the consistent carb diet that they put him on by having Tammy sneak in a second dinner to go with his first. He also very likely was uncooperative when it came to doing the PT, only doing the bare minimum whenever pushed. Also really didn't help that he was treating the staff like total shit either.
He'll be just as successful here as he was with the Hospital Bill from Hell. IE he's going to wriggle and scream like a toddler and refuse to pay until the threat of court comes in. If he's even more deluded now, then Mommy-wife refusing to buy him slop will be used as a cudgel to get him to pay.
We might actually see his house price lower a bit in this case depending on how long he tries to malinger in there.
It's pretty amusing to see him lie about ever playing DnD. His failure to even understand the basics, and his attempt to relate it to video games really shows he never threw a d20. Hell, he'd think that's a specific type of chicken wing order if you asked him I bet.
Gotta chase that bandwagon years after other people tho.

I believe Jack is either lying about not knowing or Hammy was informed and didn’t bring mush brain into the loop. The staff at the facility is usually quite clear with a patient during the OT/PT phase about the benchmarks that are set for progress to continue to keep insurance satisfied. If during this treatment stage goals aren’t being met, the lack of progress is reviewed with the patient at specific intervals prior to and while reporting to the insurer. If the patient doesn’t have the cognitive ability to understand what is happening, then the legal guardian, spouse, etc is informed during the process instead of the patient. On a side note, I still harbor a secret desire curb stomp the jackmoji.
ETA: I also cant believe that in an active claim, the claim agent would not have had a prior discussion with an insured if they were about to reach the limits of the policy. An agent on an approved active claim isn’t just going to ring you up and say oh by the way, we stopped paying last week.

I’m no glutton, and even I would go out of curiosity. And he’s done far more Vegas trips than I have. He’s a fucking cheapskate too, and I doubt he’d be able to resist the lure of bottomless, all-American greasy goodness.
It’d be good content for JOTG as well, because he’d entertain his own audience while also being able to tap into the audience of HAG-rabbit-holers that know nothing about him. But of course, Jack lacks the acumen to realize this and use it to his advantage.
If (when) he went, he didn’t film it. This would likely be due to embarrassment over the optics of the public weigh-in needed to obtain the free grub. For those who don’t know, it’s purposely engineered to maximize embarrassment for the fatty, with sirens/lights that alert the entire restaurant. Maybe Jack subjected himself to the spectacle of the weigh-in out of frugality, and just didn’t want the spectacle to travel outside the walls of the eatery, hence the absence of video (more likely)? Or maybe he went, but didn’t even try for the free food because the potential embarrassment was too off-putting (less likely)?
Jack’s content has long been embarrassing and undignifying- we love standing back in disgusted amazement when Jack demonstrates how much lower he’ll stoop from his baseline (that’s constantly shifting lower itself), but perhaps we’ve found a low that even Jack won’t stoop to the level of…

Thats pretty rich coming from a guy who is supposed to partake in physical therapy to gain some function of life post stroke but instead would rather bitch about not getting enough meat and eggs for breakfast.
....aand here we are. Jack one again not realizing why he is in the situation he is in is starting to get bitchy because his insurance is pulling the plug. Im pretty positive that in his stay he was told about the importance of PT and what would happen if he didnt fucking bother. Jack having the mental capacity of a child more or less just ignored and neglected any actual PT or work on improving his situation and just bitched online about how little he would be fed as he watched cartoons. Now that hes being told that not only does he have to go, but hes going to get a nice bill due. His response is to just say he wont pay the bill and much like Chris will shit himself and do nothing.It seems the insurance company pulled the plug on his nursing home stay.

They might just move him over to the long-term care side, if that's what Tammy's been planning. For Jack, his routine would stay the same except no more pesky PTs. ...unless he has to have a roommate. please please please
This facility looks classy from the interior photos, but those are the ones they put on the website themselves. Most places remodel/repaint the post-acute rehab side more frequently than they do the LTC side. It's not going to be a dungeon, but wheelchair dings on the doorframe might be noticeable to Jack, who complains whenever something reminds him he's not at an all-in-one resort.

He's never gone but it's totally up his alley. Fatty food that is incredibly bad for you. I'm with you. I'd go there just to see what it's like. I'm not expecting a gourmet burger though but I'd definitely go for the gimmick. And if he's over 300 pounds he eats for free.
