Pizza Tower - wacky-but-stylish indie action game still under the radar

I guess it's another Undertale situation?
I have not kept up with Undertale since early-2019 or so, so I have zero clue as to what in the hell its fanbase or Toby Fox are doing these days.

It would be interesting to play this game, but the tranny shit has seriously put me off. Maybe I'll pirate it first.
Pizza Tower has no lgbt shit of any kind in it. Just because the retards of social media heard it compared to their total bullshit tranny game game despite having almost nothing in common and latched onto it because thats what the retards do, doesnt mean its about saving the world by grooming children into cutting their tits off.

Newfags in the thread not knowing the dev got into deep shit for saying shit the wokies didn't like (cough cough dug up his discord post history), now judge him just because the trannies are in the presence of his game. Curious how that works
Saying the word "wokies" is very cringe and Facebook uncle boomery. Just call them faggots.

Isn't Undertale woke as shit?
Started out moderately bait-y. Lesbian fish being the most I can remember originally. It just started leaning into it as the fandom grew all the more obscenely strange. At least Toby hasn't given the skeletons glowing genitals. That just one of many facets of fandom degeneracy that never got referenced.

Pizza Tower doesn't have anything faggy but you know how people are, gotta make something they like acceptable by making the characters zippertits or whatever fetish du jour.

Finally decided to buy it, my fucking god is it scratching an itch! My only issue is I revert to old Super Mario World logic of never stop running and I probably smack myself into too much shit, but love how it really wants you to go fucking ballistic everywhere. I've "finished" the first floor (just do the levels, still missing some secrets, ingredients, achievements and my highest rank is an A) and really enjoying it, I have read the requirements for a P and some of the achievements seem obscene, but I do see myself aiming for S rank on a few levels. And my god, so much charm in the animation.

At least try getting P rank in the first level. It's not that bad, and oh my goodness is it worth it. It will fill you with the biggest and best Gamer High™ you've ever had in your life. It feels like you've just railed a lethal dose of 100% pure Colombian cocaine off of a hooker's ass, whilst simultaneously Odin himself has come down from Valhalla and ejaculated lightning bolts of pure electric pleasure into your body. You can do it soldier, I believe in you.

I keep asking myself why the success of undertale. Many of the monsters are not justified in their violence against you, so you should not be judged for retaliating. The characters, even Asgore and Toriel, have some sort of reasoning behind what they do, so there are some who believe that you should understand why they do what they do. I believe your actions should be evaluated based on morality, not your empathy towards those who have wronged you. Some characters justify their own actions or thoughts by saying that "no, I'm not evil! Circumstances just shaped me to be this way." As an example, we can take a character like Spider-Man, who has suffered a lot in media, such as movies, television, and comic books, but still does not take actions that are deemed "bad" or "evil", due to their strong moral code.

If I remember right, the monsters who are attacking you mostly do so because you are a human. Your soul is the final one needed for the monsters to have the power to destroy the barrier keeping them stuck underground, which was created by humans. Humans were also the one to murder the son of the king and queen. Killing you would mean freedom for everyone trapped underground, which benefits everyone. They just want to be free again, and to do that, all they really need to do is murder a few of the ones who put them in their situation in the first place. With all of that, them trying to kill you isnt such an immoral thing after all, and most of them dont even really want to hurt you, which is why they give up so easily, with many helping you afterwards. The monsters dont want to kill you, they just desperately want to be freed from the underground.
To connect this to pizza tower, since its the pizza tower thread, pizza heads is the opposite of this, his Motive appears to be "lol fuck you peppino". Dude goes after an Italian man struggling to keep his buisness alive, and gets his shit mercilessly beat in as a result. From what we have seen, nobody did anything to pizza head to justify his treatment of peppino, hes just some asshole pizza guy punching down on the less fortunate. Maybe theres more to it, I dont know. But, yeah, point is, the monsters in undertale were justified in attacking you.

I've practiced it a bit but I'm still not even getting S, did have a nice run going where I didn't take any hits till the runback, but I clearly wasn't scoring enough anyway since I was still in A. Just played the Wasteyard and after getting constantly caught by the fucking big ghost I managed to finish it with 3 seconds remaining and still keeping an A, so that was a nice fucking high right there. This game really does the whole "gotta go fast" that Sonic sells itself about but actually lets you do it from the outset and has all the mechanics and level design to allow going at a solid speed all the time, if you are good at parrying, shit that would ground the Hedgehog doesn't even phaze Peppino.

According to the lore™ Pizzahead was once the hero of the in-story vidya Pizza Boy Tower, with Peppino as the main bad guy. Fast forward to the present and Pizza Boy tries to run his own restaurant, and fails miserably (some of the background tiles of Don't Make A Sound indicate some very questionable products, on top of the corpse of a safety inspector hanging from the ceiling).

His scheme is fueled by spite over how Peppino's restaurant was still afloat (barely) and depending on how you interpret their previous relationship, possibly being pissed off over the fact that the bad guy was still going while the hero failed.

Shit's open to interpretation though, so take it with some salt.
