Is Ralph essentially authenticating the DMs by trying to claim they're inadmissible due to two-party consent?they have subpoenaed people who are going to testify that Ralph knew and that is what he was referring to in those DMs (illegal by the way, ah do naht consent ya honor).
Yeah. The Ralphamale just pulled a "Heads, the court wins. Tails, Ralph loses"Is Ralph essentially authenticating the DMs by trying to claim they're inadmissible due to two-party consent?
Nah, from what I can gather either:Is Ralph essentially authenticating the DMs by trying to claim they're inadmissible due to two-party consent?
If ralph is saying they can't use the dms because he was the second party he is necessarily saying he totally sent the dms though.Nah, from what I can gather either:
The DMs are inconsequential because the Vickers aren't going to pursue the issue relating to the diary; or,
The Vickers are going to get Daimyo who was in receipt of the DMs to confirm that not only was it Ralph who sent them, but that they were in relation to the diary.
I don't know which, Ive said elsewhere that the diary isn't that important in the scheme of things because Ralph has violated the DVRO on so many occasions, and actually there are a few issues that would make it difficult to prove in court such as verifying the DMs, which may have led them to think this was not worth pursuing - but I'm not the Vickers or a lawyer, so who knows what they're thinking.
Not necessarily, because if two party consent did apply to those DMs (which it doesn't) then what he is saying is that they would need both parties to consent. That doesn't necessarily admit he is the second party. If ralph is saying they can't use the dms because he was the second party he is necessarily saying he totally sent the dms though.
Also the Ralphamale keeps forgetting that family court is not criminal court. Completely different rules of evidence, examination, rulings, etc. That's why you don't fuck around in family court. Not necessarily, because if two party consent did apply to those DMs (which it doesn't) then what he is saying is that they would need both parties to consent. That doesn't necessarily admit he is the second party.
The problem is you don't need two party consent for DMs, because there is no expectation that local copies are not saved.
Vickers has been in a real bind over the diary since he needs Diamyo to authenticate that what he sent to the Discord was real, as well as the screenshots he sent to the Discord from Ralph.Nah, from what I can gather either:

The diary is important to Vickers because the violations are just violations and likely to result in a slap on the wrist. The diary is key to Vickers' master plan to take down Ralph.I don't know which, Ive said elsewhere that the diary isn't that important in the scheme of things because Ralph has violated the DVRO on so many occasions, and actually there are a few issues that would make it difficult to prove in court such as verifying the DMs, which may have led them to think this was not worth pursuing - but I'm not the Vickers or a lawyer, so who knows what they're thinking.
IANAL but it seems like harping on the diary thing is a great way to burn through any goodwill they have with the judge. The diary is important to Vickers because the violations are just violations and likely to result in a slap on the wrist. The diary is key to Vickers' master plan to take down Ralph.
Ah, you forget they have a lawyer and actually let him do his job.IANAL but it seems like harping on the diary thing is a great way to burn through any goodwill they have with the judge.
Instead of focusing on the more straightforward violations everyone seems obsessed with this one violation that requires the Vickers to convince the judge of schizo Charlie Kelly-style connections with three layers deep of conspiracy, authenticating communications, scrutinizing Ethan's personal timeline compared to May's, etc.
It obviously happened like that but it's got to be tiresome for a judge to sit through and parse out the actual violation from all the goofy shenanigans surrounding it. and based on what I've seen/heard from the Vickers' YT streams I have little faith that they'd be able to concisely present the relevant details.
I have no clue what kind of character Daimyo is, but given all Vickers had to do was to phone up his mommy to bring him to heel - he doesn't seem like the sort who likes being in trouble.Vickers has been in a real bind over the diary since he needs Diamyo to authenticate that what he sent to the Discord was real, as well as the screenshots he sent to the Discord from Ralph.
Daimyo has no incentive to play ball.
The diary is just a violation, I don't think it's that important all said and done. The diary is important to Vickers because the violations are just violations and likely to result in a slap on the wrist. The diary is key to Vickers' master plan to take down Ralph.
From the two Vickers streams I managed to suffer through, this wasn't the feeling I got from it. Maybe I'm wrong, but I genuinely wouldn't be surprised if they avoided it because it wasn't worth the effort. As others have pointed out, the lawyer will probably be calling the shots on this and since they weren't appointed by Rekeita then they might be worth the money!Instead of focusing on the more straightforward violations everyone seems obsessed with this one violation that requires the Vickers to convince the judge of schizo Charlie Kelly-style connections with three layers deep of conspiracy, authenticating communications, scrutinizing Ethan's personal timeline compared to May's, etc.
Yeah sorry, I should have specified that the people I see fixating on the diary are forum members, not the Vickers themselves. From the two Vickers streams I managed to suffer through, this wasn't the feeling I got from it. But if he's not the second party whod be there to say it was their dms and not to leak them? If the melty dms leaked of me saying I'm a huge fan of the killstream and I say "those are fake" I can't then say "but you totes need my consent to publish Mah fuggin dms bish!" No?Not necessarily, because if two party consent did apply to those DMs (which it doesn't) then what he is saying is that they would need both parties to consent. That doesn't necessarily admit he is the second party.

Believe it or not, it is not at all uncommon for retarded wife-beating pieces of shit to use their current whore to harass their previous whore to evade a restraining order. This is literally wife-beating retard 101 level shit. Ralph is nowhere near as clever as he thinks pulling one of the dumbest and oldest tricks of shitbag abusive exes.I think the Vickers will probably just get a restraining order against Meigh out of this as well and then Ralph can't use her twitter anymore to shittalk them. Maybe he can make a twitter account for Rozy and use that.
If Ralph says "you can't verify that's me" and "I don't consent to any communications being released" then that doesn't necessarily present a contradiction. But if he's not the second party whod be there to say it was their dms and not to leak them? If the melty dms leaked of me saying I'm a huge fan of the killstream and I say "those are fake" I can't then say "but you totes need my consent to publish Mah fuggin dms bish!" No?
Er, actually Ralph has won like er, 10 cases by representing himself in court. Easy as pie.Lets be real here. At this point it doesn't matter what Proto-ralph's strategy is, how good or bad his lawyer is,or how much of a fat faggot wanna be E-celeb Vicky is. Reethan, "Eating" Ralph is representing himself. This retarded, drug addled, wet-brain, ragepig is going to walk into that courtroom and actually try out his genius legal strategies. That alone is going to hand Vacuous Vickster the win. And that's assuming that Wee Willy Ralph shows up relatively sober.
