Here's some new work. These look bad, really bad...
In this piece, Sonichu Prime is given some notes on how the play went after the fact. Christine stated that this is an inside joke, and did not elaborate much more. Do with that what you will.
This photo shows the dead Lazarus being commanded to rise from his tomb. There is some smudging on some of the words, with Christine stating that the ballpoint he was allotted in prison had very "smudgeable" ink.

In this scene drawn from the play, Jesus Christ and Mary Magdalene are shown growing up together. Ever since Jesus was a young Sonee, he had the power of divine insight.
This drawing comes from the very end of the play, featuring Christine returning in her Sonichu form in front of the cheering audience.

In this piece, John the Baptist baptizes Jesus. Receiving holy blessing, Christ is prepared to minister to the masses.

Played by Sonichu Prime and Magi-Chan, Jesus Christ is visited by Lavesh, a psychic guide helping Jesus realize his place as the true messiah.

In this scene early in the play, the Virgin Mary is visited by an angel to inform her of her immaculate conception. The Lord has Filled her.

This shot actually comes from the play's after-party. Cast members share their favorite moments from the play, included Sonichu Prime who played Jesus.

This piece is a favorite, depicting the Nativity. Thousands of years ago in a humble poke-barn, a little Sonee was born to Mary and Joseph. That Sonee would become Jesus Christ, savior of man. A note here is that Chandler has replaced the classic barn animals in the scene with pokemon, an excellent touch.

As the play ends, the cast steps out to take bows. Angelica Rosechu gives a final statement, proclaiming the return of our savior.

This picture specifically is of the 3 wise men, as they argue about the gifts they will bring for the Sonee Christ. Heavy discoloration is present, as Christine states that some drawings were affected after she handled them after washing her hands. The dialogue is hard to read, but legible.
"Gold? Pfft, whata way to outdo us, Nightstar."
"If it's any consolation, this was my recent bonus."
"I see the star of our lord shining more bright. Come, gentlemen, let's make haste."

In this shot, king Herod (Jamsta Sonichu) sends out the wise men to try and locate the prophesied Messiah. Feeling his throne is threatened, he hopes to locate the young Sonee Jesus and kill him.
Note the single liquid splotch in the middle. We're not sure what that is, Chris says he couldn't remember. Awesome.

This shot comes from after the play, as Christine details joining in a cast party. There, Chris discusses what it was like participating, entering trance like states and seeing into the future (as this play occured in 2005.)
Here, an angel appears to the shepherds, declaring the good news. The Messiah, Saviour, has been born! There are some water splotches visible, with Chris warning that some pictures mailed out may have discoloration due to being handled after washing his hands.

This art piece was created tangentially to Chris Chan's Christmas Play art. Not related to the play, this piece features Christine in Goddess Form meeting with Sonichu, mimicking the famous "Creation of Adam" painting. Note the sheer detail on the framed cover of the first issue of Sonichu in the background.
After the play, cast members within the play met and discussed the production. Pictured here Sonichu Prime admires Bubbles Rosechu, who played Elisabeth, Anna, and a Pharisee Woman in the production.

Pictured here is a scene towards the end of the play, the glorious resurrection of Jesus Christ. As Jesus, played by Sonichu Prime, exits his tomb where the Romans lay him, he gives a message to the cheering audience.

In this shot Pontius Pilate, the Roman governor tasked with judging Christ, washes his hands of the call and leaves it to the crowd. The bloodthirsty onlookers call for the Redeemer's crucifixion, dooming him.

After Christ's death, he descended into Hell to free the sinners there from the tortures of Satan. This picture is meant to depict the moment Christ Returns to his body, entombed. He stands up, preparing to reveal himself again to the world.

Here, Lavesh Sonichu (played by Magi-Chan) is shown entering the Ultimate Emerald Shrine, receiving the psychic power he will need to mentor Jesus Christ.

This is a two page collection showing the DVD release of the play. Christine states that upon reaching disc, the play was a best-seller nationwide, even being viewed by 2005 president George Bush. Here, Christine has drawn a scene from the play where the disciple Peter is encouraged to walk on water with Jesus. He questions his footing, being told to have faith. In an alternate panel, George Bush and the first lady enjoy the show.

After Christ was Crucified, for the 3 days it took to rise he descended to hell to deal righteous punishments to the denizens of the underworld. Jesus, (played by Sonichu Prime) is seen here punching Satan (played by Jamsta Sonichu.) Little details were added, such as surrounding demons being cardboard cutouts, as this is meant to be a drawing of a play scene.
