This is why I think the "I've always been this way" is a cope on the part of Nick. He's changed, but doesn't want to admit he's changed so he's rewritten his own past pulling his more degenerate aspects to the forefront of his memories. Pointing to past evidence of degeneracy pre-Depp stream is all well and good, but Nick did used to be entertaining in his own right.

Kiwi's documented the change in his personality in real time.
- Pressure mounts due to overworking himself during the Depp stream
- Toward the end of the trial "Worst Day" happens and he's noticeably upset and admits as such
- Goes to Hedonism II to try molly and potentially swing where he has the time of his life
- Spends every waking moment since then chasing that same high and wondering why he doesn't fill fulfilled any more

The comedy is that Nick built what every man dreams of building, a family with financial independence, but is likely to squander it all chasing drug highs and cooms or kill himself in some sort of molly fueled vehicular accident with his balls in a cock cage.
Not sure if I'm the only one, but his unhinged LegalBytes rant was the first time I noticed him acting seriously out of character. The "I'll fuck you until you love me," line had me replaying it to make sure I heard it right. It's also the first time I've ever seen him visibly drunk on stream.

I saved the time code but not the stream or link like an idiot, it's 3:18:00 from whichever stream he got absolutely ripped on and started going in on LB.

Also, I dunno WHY Nick would want to aggro Minnesota OLPR for any reason. Wouldn't they pretty much tired of hearing about him by now?

But they consider all the complaints SEPARATELY! A backlog of 60+ doesn't sway the paragon of the MN OLPR! Even if they DO they will only admonish and give him CLE. I DARE them to disbar me! I'LL SUE!

-Nick, probably...

I think he's always wanted to be like this but things kept him in line previously. Religious values, parents, in-laws, and friends all can keep people from degeneracy just by being positive examples. One of the reasons Nick resonated with a lot of people was that he struggled with things like porn, but was willing to talk about the Christian traditional values about abstaining from those things.

I can understand him now pointing out that he had always been this way, and that's likely true. He probably always struggled with not falling into the degeneracy, but what has changed is all the values restraining him from teetering into the abyss are no longer important to him. As to why that happened? I have no idea. His behavior tells me that something happened that rocked his belief system to its core post-Depp, and his response was to turn into the very fool that Solomon warns against.

It's just crazy watching it happen in real time.

He has been around for a long time and in the past created big trouble for himself on the farms by his behavior.
To elaborate on this a little, he played into my least favorite trait of the farms, where people take speculation or unsubstantiated evidence that they hear once, then go on to treat it like fact a few pages later. Someone will post a layman’s opinion of what might have happened, and a month later you will see it repeated by others as if it were gospel. Couple this with a man who constantly makes shit up and claims expertise and you can see the problems it caused.

I predict a slow and painful slide into mediocrity (well in progress) and obscurity for him.
I would have said that a few months ago, but this middle-aged retard think he can ride some Ducati crotch-rocket when he can't even drive a new car home from the dealership without crashing it.

He's gotten drunk on stream many times before with varying results. The one that comes to mind is when he went off on Vic Lasagna not being willing to go scorched earth (or even toasted dirt) on the people he was suing for defamation.
Yeah he gets drunk on stream frequently, and it seems to be accelerating for a long time When I stopped watching nick would get visibly drunk probably every other week on average, and had for a while. The big change then was that the "embarrassing drunk" quotent went from like 1/20 to 1/2, so it became a lot more noticeable

One of the things that really accelerated this was when the drinking for superchats stuff started. The only endgame is you becoming a dancing monkey. A lot of streams i used to watch have been ruined by that. I'll go as far as saying yt should make it against the TOS.

@Strix454 One of Nick's most baffling traits is the insane amount of credibility he gives to spectre. It isn't like Nick doesn't know that Spectre massively lies/exaggerates about his marine experience at the very least. Nick's made fun of him for it before. The fact Specter has any credibility, let alone enough that it sounds like he essentially wants to use him as an unofficial investigator, is just flabergasting.
I'm pretty sure he knows, but he's hoping Schneider doesn't.

Or he's just hamming things up for a remaining audience that might also be ignorant, and nothing substantial will come of this.

I mean, the only way this would conceivably work is if Schneider is both incredibly stupid and incredibly ignorant. It's hard to fix the former, but the latter can be rectified by reading the tome of information that's been compiled about Spectre on the Farms. Spectre bolted for the door two years ago, and never came back, because he's got nothing to refute the fact he's a habitual liar. That's totally who you want offering testimony in anything.

Imagine paying out the ass for one of the best 1A attorneys in the country, and even contemplating involving Spectre somehow.

To be fair, the new car was a souped up mustang. Not at all like I’m saying a Ducati wouldn’t be an even more stupid idea, but here’s what’s wrong with going gran autismo with a mustang:

You can aftermarket the shit out of all the parts you want, vent the brake rotors and duct tape carbon fiber everywhere it will fit, but it’s still going to be a mustang.

Since it’s still going to be a mustang, the weight will be all in the front and it’ll be rear wheel drive, therefore the higher performance you get it to be, the worse off you are. Lighter and more horsepower are problems, not improvements.

Nicks’ mustang was a death machine designed for the rear wheels to lose traction if ever you use the gas and try to turn at the same time.

Nick would often get drunk on his panel shows when he had those regularly- Big Brain (aka other lawyers who weren't internet spergs), Chad Dad (aka upstanding citizens who happened to be dads)... but then it was a feeling of "Just a bunch of guys at the bar, shooting the shit", rather than "Imma get shitfaced and COOOOM!"

Making it a TOS violation is a bit much, but you should know your role before you do something like that. If you're a titty streamer thot or somebody like M0ist Cr1tical you basacially exist to be a dancing monkey/pretend TV friend (I understand it is technically the internet...) for your viewers and its totally on brand. For a legal commentary / news-entertainment show its a little gauche at best.

Let's be real here, Nick is nowhere near as interesting as Ralph. He' s kind of a shitty lolcow, he knows just enough about the Internet to not make a grand spectacle of himself, but also doesn't know enough to not act like a coom-brained degenerate in public.

I predict a slow and painful slide into mediocrity (well in progress) and obscurity for him.
The alcohol/substance abuse could alter that trajectory considerably. Combine with the prescription meds he is on to continue to function as he has been. I'd wager it's impacted his judgement already. If he was always a functioning alcoholic. He was at one point able to hold himself admirably I would say. Time & age took its toll, so it can't last forever. Still, he thinks he is invincible. Inviting lolsuits, experimenting with MDMA, experimenting with not swinging, Mustangs, motorcycles. Even the preschool teacher/principle or the daycare itself could come back with a defamation suit if they so chose. He basically suggested they beat kids. I'm sure there's other things that can be added to the list. Things we don't even know about.

Bro, I know almost nobody knows how to drive a live rear axel properly any more -and that makes them dangerous in some ways. But any characteristic that a mustang has that makes it hard to drive applies to a motorcycle in spades, on top of all the other stuff that makes them dangerous. The only "improvement" is you can't break only one rear wheel free, but on something like the Ducati you trade that for the quality to flip the bike by hammering the throttle too hard with your body positioned wrong.

Nick crashed the gt500 for a lot of reasons, but a big one is he didn't do the smart thing that I'm sure everyone who knows muscle cars told him to do: buy an old v8 short bed pickup with an open differential or a pony mustang to learn how to drive a car like that with some training wheels. Instead he's an arrogant dipshit who thinks he's already good enough so he just jumped to the car that he thought would give him the most dopamine in his budget.

It looks to me like he's going to do the same thing for the same reasons and get a Ducati with basacially zero motorcycle experience instead of starting on a dual sport or an old Honda 600 street bike. The only difference is the inevitable horrible accident from a novice trap has like a 50% chance to be fatal or cause life altering injuries

I feel like there's probably been a massive turnover in his audience, and they probably don't know who Spectre is. At this point he must have shedded all of his audience who doesn't want boomer coomer talk radio or third-rate Pool knockoff shows.

I'm not sure about the timeline of when he started those or how often, but I definitely noticed he appears to be doing that more often now that his super chats have collapsed. The drinking for super chats does a pretty good job in pumping up his revenue for the night. I wonder how long it'll take before he dyes his hair blue for $650 in super chats like Ralph did.

I hope he remembers to check that donor box on his license before getting that thing. Pretty sure his liver is shot but his other organs might be usable.

I want to add something here.

It was Spectre who said (before the call with Randazza happened if I have the timeline right) that he had called Schneider and was about to have a call with Randazza to debrief him on what he learned. When Nick first brought up Spectre calling up Schneider, he didn't seem to approve of it. Nick used generic terms like "somebody" and specifically said that Randazza had to yell at the guy not to do it again. But I'm not exactly sure how Spectre would get in touch with Randazza except through Nick, unless he literally cold called his office. Potentially, Nick put them in touch and Randazza told Nick afterwards "What the fuck is this? This was a terrible idea," which chastened Nick on the subject for a while.

It was only later when he started fantasizing about filing an ethics complaint against Schneider did Nick start using phrases like "one of my moderators" and saying Schneider lied.
When I first heard about this nonsense, I initially thought that Spectre "went off the reservation," but I see your point. It's possible this is some dumb thing that they did in concert.

Which, if true, makes this even more pathetic. Spectre is gonna tard regardless. That's a given. He doesn't even need a prompt. But Nick should really know better.

I'd almost feel bad for Randazza here, but I'm sure the dude is being generously compensated win or lose. Which makes the idea that Randazza would represent Spectre pro bono in anything all the more laughable.

Nick is just getting mad and lashing out.

Agreed on both points.

Bug-eyes somewhat deep dive by true autists threw up some interesting crap:
"Woltjer" not "Rekieta" although she was married to Rekieta at the time? Rocky period in their marriage?

Meanwhile Rekieta fucked up his chat. And CGoody is no better.

How does this quintessence of Low-T Turbo-Autist Janny not have a thread yet? The second biggest faggot in the Rekieta community, second only to Nick. How embarrassing.

You could try running it up the PG flagpole, and see who salutes.

I dunno if he's really super interesting though. Spectre got his ticket punched by Null and the Ralph jannies because they were sick of him shitting up various threads on the Farms with made up bullshit. CGoody mainly seems to just hang out in Nick's hugboxes. He's cringe, but not really what I'd call prolific.

I think @Himedall All-seeing Waifu said he's compiled brief bios on the various Nick orbiters.

Nick has always overblown his claims as well as his knowledge about the law. Yes, yes, you can be hosed by a bad judge, but he has never taken much direct responsibility or criticism for being wrong.

Think Vic Lasagna...

He has always employed hyperbole against the enemies du journey (e.g. Anime voice actors, their remote wielding cucks, ComicsGate losers, and the like) but it has all been punching DOWN. Well, at least morally.

I have no doubt Monty was just a pissant in Nose's estimation who would Greer him (at best) and make him money. But now Nick has more money and his ego is inflated, so Montegraph actually planned out how this suit would go.

Think of that Nick. Outsmarted by a Melon fucker.

How does this quintessence of Low-T Turbo-Autist Janny not have a thread yet? The second biggest faggot in the Rekieta community, second only to Nick. How embarrassing.

He had an account here, and outside his occasional tangency to drama, he is a boring, broke, addicted felon living in parents basement.
