Even a broken clock is right twice a day. Rackets has been super lazy since he signed those contracts with Rumble and Locals. His streaming schedule has been wildly inconsistent, blowing off several colabs with other creators, not timely covering breaking events. Even Jack Scalfani who has had four (or five) strokes communicates better with his audience and is more consistent putting out videos than this guy. Sad. Is Nick trying to bore people into not following him?
Nicholas is proving to be a disappointment at every aspect of life man, husband, father, bread winner, cow.

Well, I don't know that, but it would entirely be consistent with of all his bitching and moaning as of late. If they don't watch themselves, they will all be re-designated as Cynthias and purged.
Meanwhile, Still-Life will probably continue to stay there because even though he's threatening to kill an identifiable public figure every other day, he's at least in compliance with the General Order #1: Stroke Nick's balldo-encased e-peen as much as possible.

Why "want" to disagree? Is it because certain expectations were sold for the $5/mo fee? Those superchats, which require the Creator to put out content, are not looking so expensive now are they.

Well, that settles it. In place of a bet, one could simply request a refund. Otherwise, making idle predictions about future events could have negative karmic consequences. Don't want to upset the Creator.

Well the most recent LOCALS update made it easier to track user and user information. Good job with privacy, devs... I have to tinker with it more, but it exposed some more of the inner structural workings of the site and gave me some ideas to collate and potentially collect more information. They also have the weakest implementation of CloudFlare that I have seen. They are either paying the bare minimum or do not know how to optimise.
Got to explore more, but this information is currently just being tossed into my lap for free. I am not even interacting with the LOCALS servers at this point. This is similar to something like Heartbleed 2.0, but worse in that it looks to be actually intentionally pushing this information out there as a part of sloppy design.
There are a few members of the LOCALS community that code and have tech jobs. One in particular (that I know) has specific skills tailored to this kind of implementation and an abiding interest in how Panoptes works, so I hope this is educations.. If a part-time autist can find this out, they can too. probably.
I already scraped the information that was to be had on the current users, and growth of the community is stagnant, so I am losing nothing by putting this out there. I like to put out information when I have it. I only hold it back if I think there is some benefit in doing so.
I will mess with the structure of the site later.

I would be interested to see what base they built the core web architecture on. There are hints here and there that they started with something extremely basic with a nannyware package that they just spidered off from.
With how quickly the company grew, there is exactly zero chance it is all (or mostly) homebrew.
There is nothing inherently wrong with software modules, but when you are conservative tech, you need to be more resilient or else you might just Gab yourself with some AWS analogues.
You have to be bulletproof. Do the hard thing. You are not playing on a fair field.
Just look at how the Farms are attacked.

It is possible that Nick's natural laziness is working to his advantage, though it is more likely a coincidence than a real plan. If Nick is trying to lay low, he should take a hiatus rather than make promises he can't keep to his fans or would-be collaborators. Even better, Nick could demonstrate competency and dedication to his fans rather than relying on their parasocial dependency and

I initially got interested in this thread because Nick had/has unknown ties to hardcore pornographer Duke Skywalker. Another dot was connected when I saw this post:
Nick adopts the position of people posting their bodies in a sexual manner as positive (and is even glad it happens). Nick is "horny all the time" and his daily goal is "engaging in human sexuality" (and he would "do it all the time" if he could). Watch the clip below and see if you think Nick's motivations/interests are aligned with that of a pornographer.
It's not just the above clip either. It's just one that sums things up nicely. Nick has (openly) adopted this attitude over the last half-year or so. This, coupled with the information about Randazza make the comparison easier to make.
Nick could end up being the reverse Randazza and go from lawyer to porn producer. He's had some experience with the locals in making them feel desired and positive about sexual posting. These are similar talking points that porn producers/directors have had with the "talent" (until the talent's comfort is no longer their concern):
To be clear, I'm not saying Nick is or has to be a porn producer. I just wouldn't be surprised. In any case, it seems like Nick either missed his calling, or is about due for a new one.
TLDR: Nick seems to be evincing more of an interest in becoming a pornographer than a lawyer/Youtuber these days.

Perhaps Crowder will be thirsty for some new "serious content" creator slash comedian after dealing with dark comedy man. Even if there is a need and he gets through the filter somehow, it's doubtless Nick will have significant difficulty fitting into the void... even on his best behavior.

But then...
Their solution to Nick's lack of commitment to content and streaming isn't to cut back on drugs or drinking, but is to take it even easier on himself to stream even less.
Anthony Cumia made a good point in his YT reaction vid to the Malice/Landau contract reveal, that it seems unlike that Crowder would pull/DiPaolo would put up with similar contract shenanigans with Nick DiPaolo as his new second chair.
