Is it a false claim? DSP *is* using their music to enhance and promote his content after all. Maybe the original remix could try to claim some kind of transformation, by putting shitty DSP voice clips on top, but AFAIK covers and sampling are often very iffy in court and not clear cut at all.

I believe getting affiliate on Twitch is fairly easy if you meet the required stats, but didn't he say from his Twitch email that he could reapply a year from the termination. Look, we all know all the bad things in life should happen to Phil and only to Phil, but it is 2023. He is has gotten away with tax fraud, bankruptcy fraud, had a faggot shield on Twitch for years, has had that same faggot shield on Youtube for over a decade, managed to wrangle in enough wheelchairs to sustain his overinflated lifestyle, puts no effort into anything he calls "his job". He has so much negative karma ready to bitch slap him that I think he literally sold his soul to avoid all this for so long.

My point is, don't get your hopes up. He always finds a way to come out virtually unscathed and his bottom dollar will take a mediocre hit at best. The only thing to watch for is how sloppy he has become lately with every aspect of his life and the lies he tells. That could always potentially fuck him up but let's be honest, when has his 10 whales ever cared about his obvious lies?
