They're pecking it because they think they see food! It's probably just some dust, but they're silly little idiots at this stage, they don't know anything <3There's a joke here somewhere about installing a tweeter in your pickup, but I'm not good enough to make it:
(Does anyone know why they peck the sides of the tub like that?)

Aww, look at him look at the geese. I've always loved geese, Canadians or not, because the goslings are super easy to imprint, and are incredibly sweet. My parents used to hatch them out in our incubator at home, and I'd always pick ouandne to be "my baby." They would follow me out to the pond, around the house, everything. They would "forget" about me by the time they left puberty, but it was always a fun few months.Good news - superglue survived the one attack the jesses got today. And the bird got to glower at geese.
He's starting to calm a bit because he's realizing that jesses means outside and the potential to go on a short flight. Still a screaming bitch when he gets them placed on his feet and taken off, though. Gotta towel his ass to preserve my fingers.
Picture for proof/prosperity of a whole flock of assholes consisting of two separate bird species.
