With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

Vance was boring and always wimped out, but Vance and Letty probably would have been the more interesting final two since they were the original two schemers and had a frenemy thing going.

I want Letty to win but I like Josie and actually don't really care that much. I think the fakeout ending kind of took the wind out of the sails for me because I realized I didn't care that much about who won.

Hope they have something good planned to shake things up for the next few days. Josie and Letty don't like each other but they also don't have some big dramatic rivalry either.

The waifu wars are going to be unbearable, aren't they?

I've been listening to Josie talk for like 10 minutes, and I've noticed she replies in the most awkward and rude way possible. Always responds with a meme, self deprecation, wiggerspeak, in a kermit the frog voice, no confidence in what she says. Niggas simp for this? It's probably autism but this "personality" is insufferable, jesus christ.

Edit: very weird intonation too, idk if others know what I mean.

I know exactly what you mean, all her behaviour is incredibly awkward, she just seems uncomfortable and I feel uncomfortable watching her.
What's interesting is how she hasn't become more social as the show progressed, same old tarded Josie, its like she's in her own world drawing goreporn in her head.

I think she acts like that because of social anxiety not autism. I think she's a weird nerdy girl who isn't very social and likes being alone.

You would think after being with these people in a social situation for a month with no phones no outside contact etc there would be some sort of social development, like that we've seen from Letty. But there has been absolutely nothing, that's what's unusual to me.

She's acknowledged her lack of emotion in the confessional and in Josiecast B1. She's aware she sounds awkward and rude but doesn't know how to not sound that way. She's apologized for it, especially when genuinely thanking viewers.

I think that two Fishtanks a year is a good idea, but i also think that being exposed to this level of autism and depravation twice a year is going to slowly turn us into Letty.
 
Idk, female autism presents differently from male autism. It's less loudly talking about trains to anyone who'll listen, more quietly drawing and obsessing over things. She might just not know she's autistic.

I also hope Cobes comes in for S2 and maybe Cyraxx. I want to see him interact in regular human spaces with other people.
 
Any one of our favorite cows on season 2 would be great. Having the ability to study them 24 hours a day would be so cool. Tracking how many times they shower in a week and stuff. It's an amateur archivist's dream. I doubt the more delusional cows like Cobes and Chance would change their day to day behavior for the cameras at all. They're just too spaced out for it.

Only thing that worries me is the wrangling. Working with tards of their level is not gonna be easy, and if anyone is gonna fuck it up, it's gonna be Jet Neptune. I doubt a USDA prime lolcow would really be able to understand the concept of the show even if a preschool teacher explained it to them with hand puppets. They'd try to leave as soon as it gets rough and someone challenges their ego. They'd have to figure out how to pull some inception type shit and plant the idea of really wanting to win into their heads. I know Cobes wouldn't mind losing the money if his ego were getting hurt.

Over the next 4 days, the fish will be subject to forty-something mini challenges while trapped in BR2. Whoever has the most points after the challenges will win the competition ($23,500 after taxes). They are not allowed to leave the bedroom unless they use one of their two allotted bathroom tickets.

Josie immediately started recounting her entire life from childhood. This conversation challenge seemed easy at first but I'm realizing pretty quickly that it would drive me insane in like 30 minutes.

Letty asked Josie if her memory of her childhood was good or bad. Josie said "it was ok". Letty tried to explain that she meant like whether or not she remembers her childhood well but Josie didn't understand, even after Letty explained it 3 times. It was funnier hearing it live than it sounds when I describe it.

If I had a nickel for every time Josie has mentioned Vietnamese people in the first 5 minutes of this challenge, I'd have 2 nickels, which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.

First mini-challenge is the "keep talking challenge." The fish talk to eachother and the one who stops the conversation loses.

Sam is making Letty cover her legs and Josie stop stimming as some last second rule changes. If either of them do their things, they lose the challenge.

Josie's lost this one for sure.

EDIT: I'm wrong and retarded, Letty lost.

I have a feeling this is going to be a shit show. If Sam is going to keep adding rule ad hoc and having twitter polls to decide the winner its gunna get stale fast.
