I'm sorry if I wasn't clear. I wanted the comments of the video from Elisa herself (I don't have a contact method on hand for a few months if possible).

There are several reasons for this:

1. The comments are not Nick's content and is transformative (If anything that's Elissa/ YOUTUBE'S). Therefore Nick can get bent.
2. I suspect whatever pissed Nick off is the comments, not the video in itself
3. Some people claim Elissa is playing both sides/ being a noseguard. Her response to this request would settle the situation
4. I've been collecting the comments on most of the videos in JSON form and I don't have this one and it triggers me autism.

I see Randazza (and barristers in general) as mercenaries of the law. I do not look to them as a guideon for morality or ethics, so I do not care what he does or who he represents. And to be fair, we did need a fair bit of decompressing after the shitshow that was the end of that stream where the Mandy comments were made. I will assert nothing was missed clarity wise, but Elissa's take has certainly done a generous trim job on Nick's condition.

In the trimmed clip, it looked like a single train of thought and that his thoughts were largely fixated towards Mandy. It left the impression it was a momentary but singular slip in judgement.

In the actual stream however Nick is a very horny drunk. If it had not been a live stream, I'm sure other subjects of sexual variety would have come up long before that point. It's a very sad and degrading state of Nick. A point that was hilarious to me was when he mentioned not being able to read the screen due to his state of drunkenness and was going to end the stream shortly. His panel were like oh no put it up on the screen, we'll read things for you... what a wonderful group of "friends" he's found...

Elissa's version did two things:

1) It protected the audience from having to endure the cringe that was Nick's drunken state..
2) It protected Nick from having the full parody of what he used to be potentially being widely distributed...

He said he would assault Mandy (I forget exact phrasing and I'm not rewatching) for a superchat she wrote, but imagine if any of the Amber Heard crazies got ahold of such a clip and managed to make it viral on social media, for example. Add on the context of what he said to the tube top girl and Mandy when he has a wife and it could be a problem for his streaming career.

From what I can gather, Elissa's clip stayed on topic (that being Mandy, as indicated by the title "Do You Know Mandy?") and minor edits were apparent. A broader scope could have been provided, but that wasn't the focus of the video.

As for the comments, unless Nick or Kayla had commented, it is difficult to imagine what they would hold that would be so interesting. If it wasn't a goof on their part, there is also nothing to stop a commenter with juicy info from re-posting info under a subsequent video (ideally under a comment about the video that got deleted) or one of the re-uploads. If it was the comments in general that got to Nick, then he's going to have to get used to it because pulling one video won't make his problems go away.

Elissa's motives aren't perfectly clear, but she seems unhappy. Even so, she's now handed out free content to other channels by directing people to other channels who have re-uploaded her own clip (and doing so in her own comment section) all at the expense of her own brand/effort.

One thing is apparent: the actions Elissa has had to take to comply with Nick should signal that Nick does not have her best interests at heart.
