If Rusty wanted that angel investor money, he'd need to:

• Gauge demand for his new cathouse
• Come up with solid plans for running the place
• Create a list of the kinds of employees he'll need (whore, bouncer, accountant, etc.)

• Contract a construction company
• Come up with a way for his investor(s) to get their money back, plus interest
