With a plus from the fact it always adds some uncanny value to the face. So it isn't a total makeover and the remaining masculine parts look even more masculine in comparison. It's sort of like how even a feminine male looks more masculine in women's clothing because of the bizarre contrast.

Given that he's already a junkie and hooked into the pharmaceutical machine, he should get some appetite blockers or w/e, would be way more effective.

I had heard a rumor 8 or so years back this dude is a furry. But the folks who knew for sure didn't budge in revealing who they were on FA.
