I already said this in the other thread discussing this, but I suspect that the schools will reframe their enrollment practices as “giving a hand to the economically disadvantaged” and use that criteria to disproportionately enroll niggers and discriminate against White and Asian students. And this has precedent since a similar thing happened when the Supreme Court ruled against race-based gerrymandering.

That being said I think this is a step in the right direction, and don’t forget that this will likely be used as ammunition for lawsuits against the schools by students that were unfairly discriminated against.

I was actually surprised to see it happen in the States cause it has been happening in Asian countries for a while. If youre part of a religious minority or tribal lineage or bureaucratic family, shit like that you get ton of benefits for university admissions, from easy admissions to reduced fees. That shit has been going on for 50 years, long enough that the communists are opposing it cause it disproportionately advantages rich people with that kinda background. Nice to see Murican stumble into the stupidity though.

Like I said, if nothing else this can give ammunition for lawsuits against the schools. I think it’s also evidence of a wider pushback against this bullshit, which is much needed. I think the reason that the left has won for so long is because of a desire from everyone else to just be left alone, and I think that desire is wearing thin.
