SCOTUS OVERTURNED RACE BASED COLLEGE ADMISSIONS

Adding onto my former post here:

How will this ruling work with historically black universities? They've never really been able to just turn non-blacks away (as evidenced by the 2 year degree I got there) but it's very, very obvious by the term "historically black college" and by the fact that the majority of faculty and students are black that there's an obvious push to get a specific demographic going to these schools.
But by the same token, the HBC's have never really had to lower their standards to recruit minorities or fill diversity quotas. They don't actually have to take any and every illiterate hood rat. Many have been able to quietly enroll based on merit within the Black Community for over a century.

The courts ruling this way is all fine and dandy, except for one little problem. The niggerdick loving faggots who did this are already in power. They're not going to fucking change. These policies will persist, they'll just be unspoken. It's going to be extremely difficult to sue a college over this unless they do something stupid like what Harvard did. The policies are only half the battle. This doesn't end until the admissions people start getting fired.
Since when has it ever been hard to sue anyone? lol

You're both right and wrong.
Universities are extremely lawsuit adverse which is part of how these policies got accepted in the first place. If you have a good lawsuit against a university, the damages are nearly unlimited: if its a private school they have a fat endowment to go after. If its a state school, you have the resources of the state to make good on a judgement.

UNC, maybe sensing the way the winds were going to blow, disbanded their DEI requirements and program so that new admissions and job applicants don't need to fellate niggerdick anymore.
If Harvard tries to continue course, they will be annihilated by lawsuits of declined applicants. All it takes is one person to say the wrong thing in an email that gets swept up by e-discovery and they are fucked; they are double fucked because Harvard elitism has done so much to pump the "prestige" of a Harvard degree so even if students got accepted to another school, denied applicants have a case for damages by being denied a Harvard degree. The Harvard Endowment is 50.9 Billion dollars in 2022 - those are some deep, deep pockets you can reach into.

Its a lawyers dream, especially with entitled and often completely retarded professors driving things. I'm sure Harvard's legal team is all wearing their brown pants, the first case to go to trial I'm sure will have some excellent e-discovery findings.

All that said, I'm sure the finest minds in white genocide & goy manipulation are scheming up malicious compliance schemes and ways to delay until someone can lynch that uppity nigger on the supreme court. If the impending suits aren't settled out of court, it could be years before they see opening arguments let alone a verdict.
Now colleges COULD just use socioeconomic background to help elevate poor students regardless of race (and if Blacks are truly disproportionately affected by poverty, they would disproportionately benefit) if they aren't going on strict academics, but fuck that noise.

Sure these big wig colleges and universities can once again swim in Chinese money, but the ESG scores will drop like a rock, and that terrifies these places more than a loss in revenue.
Everything is about ESG. As long as their ESG score was good they'd happily allow countless low GPA Niggers into their schools.
Powerlevel moment, but its extremely funny to come from a university that tried to push for more faggots and nigs but ended up dumping the idea because Chinese and Korean students complained (UIC)

Funny you mention this. The radio news today mentioned some activist group intends to sue Harvard regarding its legacy admissions policies claiming they favor wealthy graduates that are predominantly white.

This gun get good.

This rulling will pave the way for ESG type stuff to be illegalized as well.

It won't, since the parts of ESG which may violate this ruling (the race/gender/etc. parts) are just one component of ESG and is very likely constitutional for the same reason something like the United Negro College Fund is. It's very hard for the government to put restrictions on how someone can spend their money.

DEI programs are way more likely to be on the chopping block, since that's just affirmative action for businesses.

You are right about DEI being soon to be ruled unconstitutional, but you are (partly) wrong about the United Negro College fund (and similar) in which the reason the UNCF will survive because its grandfathered in. Its a foundation it should be on the chopping block, but it won't. Same for a lot of religious or sex/gender/orientation scholarships, but those are not in the cross hairs at the moment cause this was about race.

Some parts of DEI programs are likely to survive as well, such as recruiting efforts at colleges with lots of niggers in them. But shit like "70% of our management will be niggers, fags, or broads" or any other sort of promotion/hiring criteria will very clearly be contrary to this ruling and should be already being walked back by executives on the advice of legal.

And it won't stop ESG but it'll really eat away at the S and G parts.

At least here in the States, they tend to look pretty white to me.
Slavs look white they are just low-melanin Niggers. Jews are reptillians.

It very well might have been, but it didn't seem to be. I don't even remember the organization's name, but the President wanted to "make his mark with a stand for racial justice" and didn't just want blacks but innercity blacks from the south. It was some local non-profit focused on getting hoodniggers into higher education; I didn't do any digging into them but I'm assuming it was by making pitches at educational conferences and preying on white guilt.
We didn't give them any money.

Sounds a lot like the Posse Foundation

Higher Ed has really gotten itself into a bind here, and it’s a lot larger than just this case.

Remember that a lot of the people who work in Higher Ed are True Believers in woke orthodoxy. While senior level staff are probably more cynical in seeing the DEI dick-measuring contests between schools for what they really are, the bulk of the staff are entirely sincere, and this is, if anything, even more true at high-end private schools.

What is always conspicuously ignored, of course, is the fact that Harvard et. al. are fundamentally privilege laundries for the rich and well-connected. By presenting themselves as these places that admit only the best & brightest, they allow the well-connected and their kids to reassure themselves that their place in society is entirely due to their own merits. Once that’s done, it’s easy to rationalize away the observation that the people in the upper echelons of American society are from the same families, generation after generation - our family is just The Best, after all - hereditary aristocracy is for those degenerate Europeans!

Of course, even The Best Families can produce failchildren, and innovative, money-making and power-consolidating ideas can come from anywhere, so it’s very useful to actually let the best & brightest hobnob with the children of the American aristocracy. It’s much easier to find promising individuals and co-opt them to your purposes BEFORE they start empire-building and become a threat to your power, after all.

So, despite the best intentions of the True Believers, the way US Higher Ed functions at the elite level is to assimilate potential threats to its power and thereby maintain dominance. Our higher ed system, as currently constructed, cannot and will not ever serve as a means of promoting equality, no matter how many “WOKE 101: Introduction to White Privilege” courses they force the firstyear students to take. Affirmative Action in Higher Ed was never intended to fix American societies race problems; it’s to co-opt the talented few and to provide psychological re-assurance to America’s rulers that the are, in fact, Good and Worthy People.

Is this a healthy response to this ruling? ahcomangst.png

Chinese money or ESG, it's like choosing between cholera or gonorrhea as Julian Assange might said. :story:
