How will this ruling work with historically black universities? They've never really been able to just turn non-blacks away (as evidenced by the 2 year degree I got there) but it's very, very obvious by the term "historically black college" and by the fact that the majority of faculty and students are black that there's an obvious push to get a specific demographic going to these schools.
I'm not sure how that will play out.
IIRC, as privately funded institutions that were chartered to serve blacks, they have historically had a bypass. Sort of like religious schools are allowed to consider religion to maintain the founding principals of the school, a lot of them are grandfathered in (i.e. you'd never be able to open the Obama School for Niggerdom to offer degrees in Typical Negro Behavior Studies, but Howard has always operated this way so I guess they get to keep doing so)
Example, I interviewed at a company that provided religious materials to Churchs. This was a 100% back office job, but due to the fact one of the services offered was, effectively, a biblical helpline for pastors they were not just allowed to consider religion of applicants, but denomination, while still complying with the EOA. Their application portal was littered with "Holy hell you fedora-wearing apostates, stop trying to submit complaints to the State/Federal EO office. They already know, we're already cleared, this is an EOA carve out because we are religious support organization. We are allowed to ask your religion, your church, and call your pastor to confirm you are a member."
I remember reading a break down on it around the time the valedictorian of one of the HBS graduating classes was white and some Coastal Liberals and grifting niggers took offense. As I recall, as an end run around getting nailed to the wall as Harvard & UNC are having done, they opened a minority of slots as open enrollment so whites couldn't sue on the grounds of total discrimination - if they really want to indulge that jungle fever, they have a chance no matter how small. Also because ivory tower academics are fart huffing faggots and they needed someone other than all niggers on campus so thye could indoctrinate some more whites.
