It's weird but very on brand. His swatting issue is to some degree or other real - some of it possibly self-inflicted. I'm not sure where you got those numbers, but that's generally for direct contempt, like disrupting the proceedings or insulting the judge.

But the more likely result in a civil case would be indirect contempt, like simply not obeying a court order, and the potential sanctions are effectively limited only by what will compel compliance. So they can fine you daily whatever they like until you comply, or simply throw you in jail until you comply. The usual justifying language is something like the prisoner has the key to his own jail cell.

That's not what's going to happen at the outset, if anything happens at all. First he'll be held in contempt, possibly with a renewed order to do whatever he's not doing, and generally only after that do the actual penalties start increasing.

Things like failure to appear eventually catch up to you so if Fatty feels like pushing his luck something might happen eventually.

There's also Anthony's developmentally challenged brother, Joe (aptly named - Brother Joe), who also did his own crappy podcast from his house back when we were fucking with him nonstop and again - 0 swattings. About the worst we did to Joe was getting his stupid tribute band gigs cancelled by contacting the bar owners and showing him the racist shit he was posting all over social media.

Yeah I really don't believe the swattings are coming from there. I browse the board for at least 20 minutes a day when I take my shits, and I've seen zero evidence that anyone there is organizing swats. If someone from ONA is doing it (which I doubt), it's a lone wolf rogue poster and it's not being done with any coordination from other posters or the board itself. Same for if it's a farmer who's doing it. I don't know who's swatting Pat but it's not some cabal openly posting from either site.
