I'm no expert on autism, but I think that to @SwedishElliotRodger, just thinking about doing something but not acting on it literally translates to "almost".
I also have to agree with @DykesDykesChina. There's plenty of other ways to meet people to date/hook up with. Bars and clubs definitely aren't ideal, they're loud, often crowded, hot, and people get too drunk to function, they're not the most comfortable of places and I can understand why somebody may have trouble meeting girls at bars. How can you really get to know somebody and bond with them in places like that?

I would have thought he's a troll and not for real, but sadly he could be real. I thought it was only the middle east culture who think men are uncontrollable animals who should (in their minds) rightfully go on a raping frenzy if they see any part of a woman's body.
