I've got a sister with ODD. Not going to armchair that he has it, but it matches the expected patterns. Thing is it is one of the easier to treat behavioural disorders with bitch tier behavioural therapy once you can get them to cooperate. All of his problems could easily stem from ODD if he has it. Even if he had an impossibly high IQ, untreated ODD would compel him to commit contempt of the court by it's very nature.

No, he's always "on". My armchair diagnosis would be something OCD, one look on his Twitter timeline is enough to come to that conclusion. I don't think "being a cunt" is an officially acknowledged diagnosis in the DSM but he has that too, lots of it.
