I mean the whole reason why I started that thread was because it was hard to discuss anything, especially horror, without those faggots chiming in, and it lead to the greatest thread on this specific board so imo its still better to keep it contained there because the anime goyslop faggots usually don’t wander in such long threads randomly

Well yea, I thought the /horror/ megathread is a fun thread. I wish people would migrate to talk about horror than any bullshit tranime goyslop honestly.

Same tbh. Like, there’s s legit discussion to have about the Saw series and its merit besides faggot saying ‘Only the first one was good’, which is the generic reply they say about every single fucking horror series and its boring.

So with this latest movie, all the victims appear to be medical scammers. Having already done crooked cops and the insurance industry, my prediction is that if this movie is successful, they'll make a sequel where all the victims are part of some crypto rugpull scam. Jigsaw will be back as an AI created by one of Cary Elwes's kids from the first movie who's pissed after losing all of the family money on the shitcoin and one of the trap messages will reference "the blockchain" as a block and chain yanks some dude's head off.

This is the most absolutely retarded premise I could think of for a Saw movie so I am confident some exec will push this.

Why stop here, Lionsgate and Twisted will do a sequel where Jigsaw goes to space, like with Jason or Leprechaun, or they'll do a crossover with shit like Hellraiser, Final Destination or The Purge, or have another TV series or make another shitty sequel to Spiral.

Saw was already shit by the second film. Even the first one is meh, i watched that one at FFF '04 or '05 because the blurb in the pamphlet sounded cool, felt kinda let down by it.

The title, Saw X, is basically the same as Fast X. Just having X in the title to indicate that this is the tenth movie, thus using said roman numeral just to "sound cool"

Always. But seriously, 2 i can sorta understand, 6 i did not watch but 3? That one was bad. What did you think makes it a good film? The trap gimmick already lost its charme by then and the film had zero suspense, a totally boring slog.

I thought the story in 3 was good. I still like it, but having that said, I just don't like 3 the same way everyone else does, and was the reason for the downfall of the franchise.
