Those fundraisers are essentially lies too. Their server costs are well covered, those e-begs just go to their Wiki Foundation where they give payouts to nogs on YT who make videos with hundreds of views.

The problem is that the kind of people who would be attracted to writing an online encyclopedia for free also tend to be the kind of people who would be interested in niche trivia and minutiae, and that inevitably bleeds into the kind of content you can find on Wikipedia.

How arrogant do you have to be to not even acknowledge the actual concerns instead of just saying it's about "existing near children and making them aware these people exist?" It's bad enough that the grooming controversy is labeled as a "conspiracy theory" while the nonexistent "trans genocide" is treated as completely real, they can't even pretend to be unbiased about the tranny creeps anymore.
