Damn, I get that aging happens to all of us, and some get it worse than others, but fuck me if the years have not been kind to poor Coach. I think he's a chain smoker and he obviously neglected working out. The more you age the more you need to be aware of your failing body, at 35-40 you cannot just go waste 5 nights/week, do coke (or worse) and eat fast food like a pig.
At 55+ it's even worse, a lot of your energy has to be spent on staying healthy, and this is where your early life choices start to have consequences.
