Patrick Sean Tomlinson / @stealthygeek / "Torque Wheeler" / @RealAutomanic / Kempesh / Padawan v2.5 - "Conservative" sci-fi author with TDS, armed "drunk with anger management issues" and terminated parental rights, actual tough guy, obese, paid Quasi, paid thousands to be repeatedly unbanned from Twitter

They're not as advanced as Weber's implants in the Honorverse (which can literally take over their owner if they're hacked)
You're somewhat misremembering. Those implants were more like a literal brain hack than anything. The bad guys put some nanotech in people's brains that sat around in their cerebellum until temporarily hijacking the motor system to do a small, limited task, typically something lethal to the person. Was very useful to the Mesans when it came to cleaning up loose ends or making people into sleeper agents since "brain hijacking nanotech" isn't something coroners or criminal investigators are used to looking for, and having a person's bodyguard do a small, limited task like "draw weapon and spray room" is a hell of a way to surprise your target. It had no ability to do anything else like phone home and its onboard memory couldn't store more than few relatively simple movements for the person's body to do.

Well sorry to make a disappointing prediction but I think it will end up with Fatrick narrowly avoiding prison or jail.
Mostly I think that Niki or her family will bail him out at the eleventh.

This might be why Fatrick says that he doesn’t owe a penny because he has been working on breaking Niki down to the point of paying it off for him.
He might make some bullshit promises to repay her or her family but he knows he can push her off, not like a court or people he hasn’t emotionally broken.

I noticed something in the description of Rick's Gencon panel

Did the FFWBT lie to the convention to get on this panel? Or is he planning a shadow drop of the Tiny Tim book?

Counterpoint, him lunching lunging at a cop while surrounded by cops and his continued smug refusal to pay his fine despite the court making it ever more clear how this will end for him.

Sure he is a fucking pussy, but he is a bigger fucking retard, and thats what makes me worried he will think that he can pull shit like this in prison with impunity.

EDIT: Ya know it just occurred to me that fatrick has a far higher chance of forcibly taking it up the ass every night for the next few years if he is sentenced to house arrest than if he wound up going to some max security hellhole prison

First, I doubt that he'd be going to a max security prison considering he isn't a violent felon.
>inb4 swinging at a cop, doubtful that'll be the charge that lands him in the clink.

Second, regardless of it he takes it up the ass from Bubba or from his wife, I think we're in agreement - his bussy is going to suffer regardless.

wow its crazy as gen con wrapped up I can see Fatrick is now catching up with troll comments from 2-3 days ago.

This really is how he spends his life, wild.

Don't spend time with your second, better wife fatty after being away for three days. Immediately get on Twitter and correcT the record. This guy is unbelievable. Fat too !

Fatrick also claimed he didn't lose the lawsuit, that they both owe nothing, and that his court date doesn't exist.
He is a delusional liar.
There is also no surefire way to awoid jail now, even if he comes to court and promises to play ball and pay, the judge might still throw him in jail for a few days for being an asshole beforehand.
If he doesn't show up, or shows up and says he won't pay, jail is pretty likely.

This, I think, would be the ideal outcome. Rick gets his well-deserved humiliation in the court of law and we are not deprived of his oinking.
My ideal outcome would be:

Patrick is sentenced to 30 days for contempt, but can be released if he agrees to pay Quasi. He holds out for two days, then goes sobbing to the court, promising to pay.

It is just funny because even if he goes to jail for refusing to pay, what does he think is going to happen when he gets out?
It isn't like a fine where you get the choice of pay "xyz" or spend some time in the jail, you still have to pay when you get out.

I clipped that bit because it also includes him, yet again, stating that he's not going to pay Quasi and admits that he might be going to jail.

Get's a contempt charge filed for constantly saying that he won't pay the judgement that resulted from his frivolous lawsuit. Decides the best course of action is to go on a podcast and unequivocally say that he is defying the court's order to pay Quasi. That's an awesome legal strategy and the Fatrick goes to prison jail arc is now assured.

Look folks, lets not get retarded here, that's Patty Cake Bitch Tits Man's job.

1) The chances of him goung to Jail for a contempt charge are almost as small as Fatricks chances of writing a best seller
2) Even if he does spend a few days in county jail for contempt, jail is not prison. No one, not even faggots who want to be raped, get raped in Jail. At most he might get slapped around if he pisses off someone awaiting transfer to prison, but even that level of violence is rare.
Just pointing out I only disagree with Point 1, and only because the judge is as vindictive as Patrick is fat, which is a whole lot of vindictive.

Point 2 is 100% correct.

It cracks me up when the jets fly by his house and they both briefly lighten up and try to awkwardly make a joke, only to be met by the interviewer's uncaring blank gaze, to which they immediately re-assume their "why us" mugshots. Chalk it up as another success for comedian Pat.

If he gets sent to jail for contempt, doesn't he stay in jail until he meets the requirements to no longer be in contempt of court? In that case, pat could be in jail indefinitely since he doesn't believe in changing his tactic. Or could jail be enough to break him from his delusion?

It was taken down because Amazon, like most platforms, places the burden of defending any DMCA claim in the “offending” party, regardless of the facts and circumstances. It was the same way he and Creepy Uncle Paul caused so much havoc with the old OnA subreddit. No one was going to reveal their true identity to fight the claims, regardless of how they were totally lacking in merit.

Thank goodness for the Internet Archive.

Oh, I almost forgot, someone needs to have Quasi ask his lawyer to ask the court to have Fatrick surrender his passport due to flight risk. The risk can be demonstrated when he couldn't be properly served because he was out of the country. Also, his recent international travel record indicates his willingness to leave the country to avoid his obligations.

Speaking of Creepy Paul, is it possible for Pat to disclose info about Paul's "sexual preferences" in exchange for reducing the Quasi debt? Or is that just wishful thinking about getting a potential diddler off the streets...
If Quasi was willing to put a price on information pertaining to information involving someone's proclivities I don't think there's anything precluding them from making that deal. It's not like a criminal trial where ratting out your friends will get you a better plea deal though

this bullshit by fatrick is infuriating beyond belief. there is no way on God's green earth that niki was able to do better as a result of the ACA (or ObamaCare) being implemented, let alone himself. this is a lie of such epic proportions that it matches him in scale. medications were lost. doctors were lost - TONS of them were forced into retirement, and those who took over for others effectively doubled their patient load. two+ hour wait times for only a few minutes of consultation became the norm. imagine waiting three hours for only three minutes of treatment. so many doctors quit that whole regions were left with almost no specialists. insurance rates skyrocketed, and the deductibles were so shit that everything was paid for out of pocket in the worst cases.

for starters, the ACA was an unconstitutional governance by fiat, as Obama crafted an illegal clandestine deal with the pharmaceutical industry to get it passed. the then Secretary of Health & Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius, threatened to put insurance companies out of business if they told their clients of the impact ObamaCare would have. it illegally granted legal immunity to the Independent Payment Advisory Board from impacted patients. it broke extant federal law by conferring benefits on same-sex couples. Kathleen Sebelius rewrote SCOTUS's ruling in NFIB v. Sebelius to allow the HHS to continue coercing states into implementing ObamaCare's medicaid expansion. Obama himself illegally exempted congress and congressional staffers from ObamaCare, illegally delayed and rewrote key provisions of the ACA, and illegally exempted unions from fees levied on all other large group health-care plans.

Obama's IRS illegally issued a rule that allowed ACA subsidies and fines for plans that originated in state Exchanges, regional Exchanges, subsidiary Exchanges, or federally facilitated Exchanges; ObamaCare allows subsidies and fines only through state Exchanges. the architect of the ObamaCare farce, Jonathan Gruber, said the federal government was deliberately slow in providing a "backstop" for state health-care Exchanges: this was a calculated effort to force all states to create exchanges because citizens in states without exchanges received no tax credits but were required to pay for ObamaCare regardless.

Jonathan Gruber also said on video that the law passed thanks to the "stupidity of the American people." the white house insisted he had no official role in crafting ObamaCare but emails confirmed that to be a lie.

another Obama HHS secretary, Sylvia Matthews Burwell, illegally funded ObamaCare Section 1402 subsidy payments to insurers by shifting congressional appropriations from a different ObamaCare section. In order to fund Section 1402 reimbursements to insurers, the Obama administration illegally appropriated taxpayer dollars from GSEs (government-sponsored enterprises), the Federal National Mortgage Association (or Fannie Mae), and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (or Freddie Mac).
