It’s not complicated. Ron didn’t need national scale donors in Florida. He does now, which means he needs money from people like Paul Singer who oppose every element of populism that made Ron popular in the first place.

Tbh, before most of em were even born.
Remember that a lot of the generation that went into WW2 went into it right after the worst economic meltdown the world had seen in a long time. Many people grew up eating stale bread and waiting in line just to get a job sweeping a store floor or something to buy enough to eat. When WW2 ended America came out of it with the only damage to our homeland being pearl harbor, we had a booming wartime industry and most of our competitors were not only destroyed financially but were dependent on us for help.
That generation came out of the war, looked at what they had in their hands, and decided their kids would not grow up in the conditions they did. So they spoiled them. The boomers were the first American generation to truly be wealthy and enjoy the benefits of it, and the greatest and silent generations were tired from war and just happy their retarded kids seemed to be patriotic and having good lives.
As the years went on and tech advanced the boomers enjoyed more and more prosperity, less and less adversity - but they still carried this chip on their shoulder because maybe the old man didn't tell them he loved them enough or maybe mom was rigid and uptight with church, so they started rebelling in the 60s. The boomers worst sin was they enjoyed their decadence so much they made a pact with the devil to keep it.

BREAKINGFEC records reveal a Democrat dark money super PAC paid the company implicated in a Michigan police report of voter registration fraud $11,254,919 to register voters for Joe Biden's 2020 presidential campaign. BlackPAC, a Democrat political action committee fueled by undisclosed contributions, funneled $11,254,919 to GBI Strategies LLC in 2020 to register voters for Joe Biden's presidential campaign. Notably, BlackPAC, which garnered more than $44 million in funding during the 2020 election cycle, endorses Democratic candidates and causes. A Michigan police investigation into GBI Strategies LLC was initiated following the observation of a Muskegon, Michigan, clerk who noticed an individual depositing 8,000 to 10,000 completed voter registration applications at the city office on October 8, 2020. This same individual returned multiple times over the next few weeks, registering an additional 2,500 voters. Disturbingly, many of those registration forms displayed identical handwriting with fraudulent addresses and falsified phone numbers. Additionally, many signatures did not match those on file with Michigan's Secretary of State. A subsequent raid by Michigan authorities discovered pre-paid gift cards, firearms equipped with silencers, and disposable burner phones. During the 2020 election season, Democratic election committees collectively channeled more than $4 million directly to GBI Strategies LLC:
