Can you? I thought you could just register your Pokemon Go account on your games to transfer pokemon/postcards from Pokemon Go to your game, but you can't play Pokemon Go exclusively through the Switch. You'd have to be using the phone app to discover and get rewards from Pokestops to then send them to your games.

Chris has not been convicted of anything afawk, which would be consistent with how deferral/diversion programs in general work, and how the "autism deferral" program is described as working by the language of that law.
Moreover, it's not clear that even if he had been convicted of incest, he would be required to register. It would depend on whether Barb were deemed by the court* physically helpless or mentally incapacitated (if not, you're not required to register until you've had a second conviction):
*for purposes of registry requirements, I believe preponderance-standard analysis of physical helplessness or mental incapacity is required of the court even if incapacity was not alleged as part of the charges
Not winding up on the offender list was probably the biggest goal of the deferral effort, beyond even the fact if having a criminal conviction in general.

We don't even know that. Location services are far from perfect and can place you in unusual areas regularly. Especially if you're in some bumfuck town in the middle of nowhere.

Pokemon Go uses GPS to verify you're actually in that location. So if he wasn't physically there, someone had to have physically stolen whatever device he was using, then installed some cheat thing to fake the GPS, then used it just to invite some rando to a raid.
I'm pretty sure GPS spoofing is beyond the current ILJ level retards who would be A-Logging Chris at this point.

GPS spoofing is really easy on Pokemon Go, if Chris wasn't hacked, accounts are easy to sell. But it's still unlikely any of that happened, Chris is just free.
