Yes, she is also liable for the debt, or her fair part of it, even if she escapes the community property status of being sodomized by a pig by divorcing his fat ass. But if she shows up and starts lipping off, she's just as subject to contempt for disrupting the proceedings.

That would be the most ridiculous sovcit-level bullshit for these two, for Pat to skip (when he is the dude who is supposed to show up) and Nikki showing up instead and spouting white trash nonsense at the judge.

I'm quite certain that Niki can't show up for Patrick. Pat has to answer the judges questions, and if Niki tried to answer on his behalf, that would be hearsay and inadmissible in court. Quasi's lawyers also probably have the right to ask questions, and again, Niki can only answer for herself. Even if Niki were included in the order, Pat would still have to be there himself. I also don't believe Pat's lawyers can simply appear for him. This is a contempt hearing, with Pat having to prove that he doesn't belong in jail. If he fails to prove that, the court would want him on hand so they can haul him off, and that doesn't work if he doesn't show up.
Also, his lawyers couldn't answer questions on his behalf or testify in response to questions from Quasi's lawyers, so again, Pat has to be there.

Iirc, if he doesn’t show up this time, they’ll issue a bench warrant and make him appear. If the judge has to do that, the Pig is almost certainly going to jail.

If you're the person physically present in the courtroom chimping out, she could be.

She won't be locked up just for being Pig Boy's wife, though, if he is the one who pigs out.

There are two kinds of contempt. Most are what's called indirect contempt, where you simply violate a court order. You don't do that in the courtroom itself, you just violate an order somewhere in the world.

Direct contempt is where you violate a court order, or court decorum (which Sosnay seems to be very concerned about), while physically present in the court. That's where they can just immediately have you hauled off in cuffs.
 
Considering his understanding of every other legal process, and OnA saying that they are going to be there to watch I'm willing to bet he is scared shitless and will send Nigki over to try and plead with the judge on his behalf.

Now, I may be wrong, but the usual procedure is to get a lien on property you need to domesticate the judgment in the state where the property actually is, and then file a lien in that state. I don't remember seeing that.

It's hard to keep track of a thread this long fat, so there may be a lien after that, but I couldn't find it.

It's just that California generally does not have jurisdiction over property in Wisconsin.

I seem to remember one actually in Wisconsin but couldn't find it earlier.

The devil is in the details on liens.

People have explained where to find them, but the main comparison they both have to Fatrick is that they are both litigious and delusional.

Greer attempts to sue women for not being in love with him, amongst other things, and has a condition in which his face muscles are paralyzed.
As such he comes across as some kind of spastic (no rudeness intended) so to most normal humans he just seems like a poor disabled guy.

DSP is an overgrown manchild like Fatrick but unlike Fatrick he strikes people as more of an actual child rather than a nasty spoiled patronizing baby man.
I don’t follow him too much as he was a terrible letsplayer and there is loads of accompanying twitch and YouTube lore which I don’t have the time in my life to bother catching up on, so if DSP heads have a different interpretation of him then please correct me.

I was pointing out why I think the courts went easier on him than they did on Fatrick.

I think the oddest thing about Pat is his delusions of grandeur about being a writer. He has abject contempt for people like Ethan Van Schriever for drawing comics, but most sci-fi writers are no different. Sci-Fi is pulp entertainment, companies pay a bunch of writers in hopes they get a hit that will bring in 10x what they pay the writer.

On top of that he’s such a boring person. He really doesn’t do anything. You don’t need to be a scientist to make sci-fi interesting, but he doesn’t grab from life experience that could. Insurance policy in the far future sounds boring, but a lot of good mystery novels involve mundane crimes that go wrong.
Agatha Christie lived a very exciting life and a lot of her stories drew from her experiences as an apothecaries assistant in the Red Cross, traveling with her mother, and her wealthy family being financially turbulent. Everything I’ve unfortunately read by Fat avoids this. He’s just wasted his life.

In the hands of a GOOD writer, anything can be interesting, even insurance. For proof, chevk out "The Adventures of Tom Stranger, Interdimensional Isurance Agent" by Larry Correia, who, incidentially is actually the kind of man that Fatprick pretends to be.

Fatrick contains flavors of different conspiracies.

In legal matters he takes an approach similar to Sovereign Citizens, believing himself to be a sage and wise paragon of truth and justice.
All of the times it has gone wrong it is down to interference by stalkers, which leads neatly into his gang stalking fears.

To be fair, there is a group dedicated to laughing at his twitter takes and sometimes some of these people get a bit weenish, actively looking to engage with him in public.

So yes there is a strong case to call them gang stalkers, but he can’t prove that it was anyone from this group responsible for the actual criminal actions.

The swatting and vandalism, there is as much evidence he is responsible for it himself as there is of anyone from that group being the culprit.

I don’t know about the vandalism, but I really feel the most likely explanation for the Swatting is Fat probably called in the first couple, then someone he annoyed on twitter who is nothing to do with OnA or here started doing them.

The more Fatrick tries to blame his more “open” stalkers the more the actual culprit can keep doing them thinking they will get away with it.

So if anyone is co-ordinating Fatrick’s harassment, it is Fatrick himself.

I bet if he took a mental health break from twitter or social media in general, he wouldn’t be harassed as much and wouldn’t get swatted.

You forgot how he's spent tens of thousands of his own money (still to be collected) and possibly a hundred thousand of other people's money on a scheme to harass and terrorize other people.
