I think we can be reasonably certain that he is going in pro se again.
Even the cheapest lawyer would have educated him that a contempt hearing is not the place to re-litigate a case that he lost in another state.
There is the possibility that he had counsel, but they refused to do the retarded shit that Pat demanded, or they did tell him stuff he didn't want to hear.
If he has a lawyer in that hearing I will be surprised.

Rob Liefeld in the comic book industry. He's not a great artist and pretty much has one speed with his output but he keeps getting work because of his work ethic. He just gets shit done on time and puts it out, publishers loved him for that.
