I am ambivalent on this. On one side getting dick pics is expected in any social media job, and it should be actually discussed whether the person is ready for it. Awkward nerdy guys do not understand social etiquette and the chances of them saying/doing something stupid exponentially increases when you introduce women into the workplace.
Add nerd guys who never worked a "real job" so don't know how to behave themselves in a corporate environment. Add girls who work in a YT tech channel so they are definitely "not like the other girls" and can handle the dick jokes
for sure... then skip ahead a few weeks or months and the girls cannot stand the dick jokes anymore and the guys cannot read the room and get the message before it escalates to "what do you mean you think is sexual harassment to be hugged? You laughed about it!"
