Virginia didn't want to deal with the fallout of prosecuting a tranny autist who has the mind of an 12 year old. Courts and Judges are so terrified of trannies doxing them they'd rather set Chris free instead of punishing him. (which yes you could argue the 2 years he spent in the slammer was punishment enough but whatever)
