It merely says "correspondence", as opposed to, "Affidavit in support of Motion for Continuance", but I wonder if this isn't the start of a deluge of documents intended to try and derail what should be a completely straightforward process.

Granted, these attorneys and this specific lawl firm don't appear to be the sort that you'd seek out if you were looking to spend a bunch of money to delay a process or engage in behavior that would otherwise piss off a judge that already has good reason to dislike you, but who knows what Pig Sandwich actually told them about the real facts and circumstances? Who says they're not looking to make a name for themselves in the internet "defamation" area or that they don't view this as some sort of "social 'justice'" type action? And who says they don't know that they SFWA dropped over $100,000.00 in legal fees on this buffoon's behalf only to never actually get past the pleading stage [and think he may be able to weasel them out of a bit more]?

It's farfetched, sure, but this is L.O.Law-world.
Dear Judge Sosnay,

No child, I didn't. Yes child, I am. No child, I am not. No child, we aren't. Yes child, I will.

Disrespectfully yours,

The previous guy, Colon, was the presiding judge in the civil division until just recently (last week or two IIRC). So, absent objection from the Chief Judge, Colon had the prerogative to shuffle case assignments around within the division for reasons of "fairness and efficiency".
He's even sneeding at Sosnay by wearing a bolo tie.
ONA posters claimed that Sosnay has run the case since the start of the year and called @AnOminous a liar.
I'm going to take their word on it, since they pay closer attention to it. But man, a liar? Jesus, couldn't I just be wrong? Why the hate, brothermen?
Couldn't he be held in contempt for not paying the debt?
Generally not, if it was because he wouldn't pay. It happens sometimes, but generally if they have the assets, why go for contempt when you can just start garnishing their wages and bank accounts? If they're clearly squandering and concealing assets to avoid paying (which does look like they are doing), you can put them in receivership, i.e. a private or court-appointed individual gets put in charge of their assets, or even force them into bankruptcy.

Contempt is a relatively uncommon remedy because most people are not stupid enough not to pay while simultaneously boasting that they're entirely capable of paying but just refuse to do so because *flips off judge* up yours pig. Even fewer will actually do that on TV.

Fat is also too much of a narcissist to commit suicide.
To him committing suicide would be letting the idiots win.
Part of me feels the same way. But one man can only take so much mental anguish and punishment before he decides that going an hero is better than facing his current fate.

The fact that he's racing around to delay the trial yet again is a real indicator to me just how desperate and terrified he currently is.

Richard upon receiving a unfavorable judgement committed suicide via a 5.7x28mm FN projectile fired from an FN PS-90.
Fun fact: Pat cannot find a gun even gayer than that to shoot himself with.
The free consult should have been a red flag.
That's a pretty generic thing especially in "door law," i.e. lawyer who takes whatever comes in the door. It would have been a little classier to limit the scope of representation in advance, though. A lawyer should at least have the decency to let you know they're done with the matter when it's over or that they're not going to do a repeat performance, so you don't waste time and end up unable to get counsel in time.

Question: Why do people assume Pat is broke?

He does not want to pay his adversaries, so he has been playing games to avoid paying. Does he still have a day job (insurace sales IIRC)?

There have been accounts from people of Fat privately lamenting that he can’t afford the lawsuit charges and that he fears jail.
The person who directly encountered him at the recent convention with the embarrassing panel I believe.

He clearly is not making money from writing.

Niki mentioned something about residuals from insurance sales, whatever that is it can’t be much, but the fact that she mentioned it and they went to efforts to get his license restored shows it must make a difference for them.

If he was doing standup the pests would have found out. So either he is not getting gigs because he is not funny or he isn’t trying out of fear of stalkers heckling him.

Maybe, he has some kind of contact or deal with an insurance agent who sends him leads, but with all of his tweeting and the fact he isn’t exactly unknown, I don’t see an insurer risking their reputation on him being a representative.

He doesn’t behave like a man with a job, that’s for certain.

A confetti gun?

Some time ago noted obese alcoholic Pie enthusiast and deadbeat dad Richard "Lowtax" Kyanka was facing severe court ordered financial penalties regarding unpaid child support. Richard upon receiving a unfavorable judgement committed suicide via a 5.7x28mm FN projectile fired from an FN PS-90.
The difference is (if I recall correctly) Lowtax got absolutely rinsed by his court case that basically meant he was going to lose everything and keep losing it until his kids were old enough to no longer be his responsibility financially. On top of that, he was already deep in a downward spiral of pill addicition, alcohol and general poor health. Basically I think he was a walking statistic looking for a reason.

Pat on the other hand is probably an alcoholic, but he's nowhere near the state Rich was in when he pulled the plug, and the financial hook he is on is nowhere near as devastating. Even when he does finally get forced to pay Quasi, it's probably not going to impact him the way Lowtax's custody battle did, externally I'll be surprised if we see any change at all to his pattern of getting shitfaced and tweeting 8-12 hours a day.

And to top it all off, Rick is an arrogant son of a bitch. Similar to Ralph he could easily live another 20 years out of pure spite alone.

Fun fact: Pat cannot find a gun even gayer than that to shoot himself with.
Those are your delusions again, stalker. You have been instructed many bajillion times to not doubt his ability to find and do gayer things. Continuing to do so constitutes felony homophobia on your part. Wait for the very limp wristed knock.

Low tax also did everything he could to ensure his kids didn’t see a single cent, up to and including shooting himself.

I would like to begin this post by stating that I am relatively new to the patosphere so forgive me for any potential inaccuracies.

Fatrick is obese, an alcoholic, facing financial ruin and I believe, owns an FN PS-90

Crazier things have happened, Ralph filmed Chris getting arrested for fucks sake.

Lowtax blew his brains out with a FN 5-7 pistol chambered in 5.7x28mm, fatty has the PS-90 also chambered in 5.7x28mm, same cartridge not the same firearm. It's actually kind of weak-sauce as far as projectiles go. I'm sure Fatrick played some FPS with a P90 and thought it was the shit, or some gun store clerk talked him into it and made a good commission of the sale of a useless SBR cucked into a carbine, chambered in an under powered/overpriced cartridge. It was designed for non-combat service members to have something better than a pistol, if they actually had to take up arms. An army cook for instance would have been issued an FN-p90. Patrick claims he has some kind of firearm competition background or something. All the Kiwis who know anything about guns laugh at his autistic glock. Not to mention the mag change video he made, not sure what he's going for there, very cringe.

I hope he doesn't kill himself, I don't want to see fatty die. I want him to live forever and keep up his usual shenanigans or live long enough to learn he has dunning-kruger. That was would be just awesome he would probably never be as funny but, it would be the ultimate punchline to the joke that is Patrick Sean Tomlinson.

Isn’t the reason for the 5.7 pistol/submachinegun round for armor piercing?

I would have thought that even if a home invader wore a flak jacket, the everyday pump action shotgun favored by most home defense shooters would be enough to knock them off their feet?

My point being, it’s a strange choice for civilians.

Twitter seems to have broken something for login-less apps again. Both Nitter and my android app Squawker won't let me load individual accounts, though my Squawker feed still works.
Squawker (open source Android app from F-Droid) updated today and is working again, for anyone else who likes to keep up with Patrick's Xeets without making an account. I don't think Nitter is online Nitter seems to be online but extremely slow, at least over TOR.

Fatrick won't kill himself. The only way he's going to die is by being shot by a future pepperoni man because Milwaukee is just a hot bed of violence. Fatrick is going to get drowned in debt and won't be able to afford anything other than public housing and be stuck next to basketball americans. Then one of them will somehow find the advertisement for his pepperoni productions and shoot him

Or hopefully push him into his own pepperoni grinder. Feet first, so he can child the pusher as he dies.

How is she the obvious choice to replace him? As far as this story has shown us she's not even a field agent, she's just the one who passes along reports and make up new innuendos with Benson.
Whoever's behind Laraby's murder is REALLY HIGH UP, able to delete video records without being caught, and Benson is hooked up to the *Plant* system.
And yet somehow can't use this influence to get Bensen's investigation dismissed for literally having no evidence or leads except finding the corpse. Or, since they'd be monitoring all his activities, get him fired or arrested for his illegal and unprofessional relationship with his subordinate without proper notice.
It was one of the most throwaway lines but yeah, the stun-stick doesn't work unless it can connect to the target's *Plant*.
Police officers have no way of defending themselves other than a button press that only works if the attacker's government tracking implant is working? Something that any person planning to commit any notable crimes in such a plant-based location would be disabling anyway?
Hernandez complained about Benson giving his fuckbuddy promotions. Nothing to see here.
What the fuck even is this line of inquiry? What did Bensen expect to find in Laraby's work journal with these keywords? Laraby announcing to his projects that he's planning to kill himself or will be killed?
Our Detective is faced with the first bit of actual detective work in this entire story and instantly gives up. Makes sense.
I'm sorry, the Arc has time-zones?!
On one hand I want to complain about all this bullshit meaning nothing to the story outside of the stolen art being tangentially related to a suspect, on the other hand Devorah and Sal have the closest thing to an interesting back-and-forth in this story.
I can see why Benson was so cautious, Sal totally seems like the type of guy who would, on a dime, suddenly decide to pull out a knife on someone in the middle of a heavily secured museum right in front of a cop.
Your introduction was literally you bursting into a crime scene because of an image search, fuck off Lady.
Fine. Whatever. Benson wants Devorah to serve the warrant, because she has a lot more power and authority than a museum curator ought to. So they make a plan and prepare to kick some art thief ass
It's a good thing Benson stressed how there was so little time left and he couldn't waste it looking over files that are actually relevant to the case, totally doesn't make him look utterly retarded for wasting so much time on this detour that has yet to have any proven connection to the case.

Only way narcs actually succeed in unaliven'ting themselves is faking an attempt for attention/manipulation and accidentally overdoing it.

Pat would literally be homeless with a tiny cardboard sign saying "political violence victim of atalkers" and live behind a Red Lobster dumpster before anything.
