Not the worst thing I have to go through in the next month because I don't fucking have to watch that shit
Yes you do.
You're in the One Piece thread. It will be watched. The only mercy is we have a new chapter this week I believe. And the fact that the author will be getting drunker than any of us will because he can afford the really good shit.

Why would he ever get drunk? I assume he’ll just get his wife to get the Nami cosplay out

Oh that fact will never not be funny to ne.

I ain't touching that shit unless one of you says something that I have to see to believe like WoT did with Perrin having a fucking wife.
Someone already posted the absolutely degenerate sight of Luffy holding hands with a woman. Your demand has been met

But this might be mildly off topic for this thread.

After your personal creation has been given the Netflix treatment I'm not certain even sex fixes that. But you make a fair point about the quality of sex he has access to.

What the fuck is this goddamn japanimation crap?!

Anyway,
I wonder what the cause is behind the boomerism of actively despising the younger generations moreso than any other generation I can think of. The idea of wanting a better and easier life for your children just seems to be completely foreign to them, and I have no idea why because that seems like it should be a natural instinct for a parent.

His story is that he's never been particularly political until politics came for him during the BLM days and he decided that things was too cray. I think that he's willing to work with globalists, but I think he's not onboard with the DEATH TO AMERICA agenda. So, not too different from Trump. They both want globalism, but they want the USA on top, rather than some international body.

Guys, new biden meme dropped.
Did everybody misunderstand him?

Guys, this might be a... little problem...
Those do tend to happen. Doesn't look like its a shutdown the site for months type of thing, but who knows. The administration stonewalled the Freeport LNG shutdown last year for months with the added bonus of lowering LNG exports to Europe. Funny how that worked out.

Looks like its the sour naptha and bunker fuel tanks that caught fire (looks to be # 200-7 and 300-7 but its a low res scan). Pulled this from a 2011 Title V permit modification application. Upper right in the tank farm.

I'm not even sure if the competency crisis is the real problem. I'm 99% sure that the troubles with the competency crisis are primarily being caused by companies forcing their workers to run machinery to breakdown while simultaneously refusing to pay for repairs or stop production for preventative maintenance.
Its a bit of both.
I've dealt with how we can't calculate this or that from younger engineers, so they don't have the experience or education to push back when someone higher up says this is the way to do it. I don't think we've even started to see the ramifications of DIE yet. So you're missing the people who would push back on some retard MBA yelling about how this needs to be done faster. Then there's the H1B visas which the retard MBA push because they can hire a pajeet for $40-50k a year. IEEE was the only industry trade group pushing back against flooding the physical engineering world with 3rd world poorly trained individuals and that was years ago.

Engineering careers have a lot of project management and its entirely up to you to develop the technical skills by learning the processes and getting out in the field to understand the equipment. And you can't forget the operators who do know a lot more than you about issues.

You get tired of it after a while and end up moving somewhere where you can just tell your clients what they're doing wrong.
