People weren't kidding when they said Nick is looking and sounding rough lately. I hadn't watched any clips in a while, and goddamn."I'm really banking on that whole salvation without questions thing"
Now, I consider myself an "Atheist who hopes he's wrong", but I've read the bible and was raised in a Christian household. Unless I missed something in my 16 or so years of sitting in a church reading the bible while everyone else sang...Nick is placing all his eggs in a nonexistent basket. Good luck with that, Nick, but there are going to be some questions.

So Nick's "Christianity" amounts to:
- "Jesus Christ is the savior of me personally" (and the rest of humanity can sink or swim, I guess)
- Sermon on the Mount was good
- Try to be nice to people
- "Grace" means salvation without questions
So, Jesus! Nice guy, gave some good TED talks, too bad he got nailed to a cross for no particular reason.
What exactly separates Nick from the fedora-tippers who say Jesus was just some guy, but concede he had some good moral teachings?
I mean, I get it, he probably can't tip the fedora all the way because of his wife or something, but the minimal charade he throws up is worse than nothing.
