What's weird about this drama is how manufactured it is. I don't even know what it was that Null said about Drexel recently that is supposed to have set Nick off. The "grooming" controversy is 7 months old at this point and totally fizzled out. I don't know why Nick is more mad about it now than he was at the time. It only resurfaced because of Rekieta's midnight shower guy talk.

As far as I know, the last thing Null said about Drexel before this trashfire was something about the guy in Drexel's Discord who has an IQ so low that he is required to obtain a license from the government before entering a relationship. Drexel did seem to take issue with Null's characterization of it as a PUA server but it didn't seem like a massive problem.

I think Nick is indeed using Drexel as a shield the same way Dick uses Vito. If I had to guess, the real reason Nick is pissed and has been seething all summer because he views Null and/or the Farms as having cockblocked him from the sex & drugs lifestyle he wants:

1. Null said that he told Nick that he should cut back on his drinking. That was very obvious advice that any friend watching his streams would give - the man was making a fool of himself weekly - and Nick now admits he was drinking too much on stream, but I suspect none of Nick's other online friends were giving such advice and it almost certainly would make him angry rather than retrospective.
2. Null also provided transformative commentary over the Mandy clip that Elissa could then clip herself and upload to her channel after Nick demanded she take the original clip down.
3. A week or two after that happened, Nick got back from vacation and was able to brag about his amazing fake name vacation for like two days before the Farms discovered that both he and Kayla were following Ricardo and Romaine.
4. There was also speculation about Nick's meetups this year that made him seethe on stream as well shortly before going on vacation in June.

There will now be a completely fake narrative from Nick that this all comes from an offhand, totally innocuous joke that Null has secretly seethed over for just under 2 years like some kind of incubating disease. This then translates to anger at Nick because Nick texted Null at midnight from the shower to defend his friend in August after a controversy in January and February. OK. Literally makes no sense but whatever.
