If anything, they'll intensify. LFJ will use whatever sneaky, underhanded tactics he still has in his Barbie Pouch of tricks to hinder fighting back.It will be interesting to see if the ddos attacks stop after this announcement of lawfare.
I wouldn't expect them to stop until papers are served. And even then, might not be until the defendant discusses things with a lawyer who explains why they need to stop now.The answer is no. Just woke up to a phone alert about an attack.
But Big Tech and legacy media have already slandered and maligned Null, and written hymns of praise to LFJ.One of the main things Null has going for him is that he looks and sounds like a normal individual while LFJ looks like a disgusting unhinged lunatic who does his cause no favors whatsoever by being the face of it.
Whether they stop or intensify over this, it'll be proof that LFJ is responsible.I wouldn't expect them to stop until papers are served. And even then, might not be until the defendant discusses things with a lawyer who explains why they need to stop now.
No, no, no, you're going about this all wrong.I know it’s fun to rah rah root for our boy here but to all the fresh meat getting pumped for Justice you need to calm the fuck down and understand a few things.
If Null goes through with it:
1. Most if it is going to be boring
2. It is going to take a very long time
3. There is a large chance that it will be decided or dismissed on technicalities
4. Whatever judge/lawyers end up on the case will not see it as the earth shattering free speech landmark that you feel it is
5. If it gains traction at all in the media, there is 0% chance the coverage will be anything but painful slanderous falsehoods
6. It will be very expensive
7. Null’s “racism bit” will likely come back to bite him in some form, just like LFJ’s “consent accident” but be prepared to be disappointed about what is and isn’t allowed to be admitted to the record. There are rules about coloring the jury, and what seems like a wasteful amount of energy will be spent fighting to do it anyway, or prevent it from being done.

The puff pieces about LFJ will continue to intensify in both frequency and narrative-shaping.But Big Tech and legacy media have already slandered and maligned Null, and written hymns of praise to LFJ.

... that nobody on the Farms will be able to comment on.The amount of salt this could generate in social media, of people whining their fucking asses off over this, because Dong Long Gone spent so much effort trying to keep the farms down and in the end is getting brought up on criminal charges for it? Legendary amounts of salt.
Maybe Harmeet Dhillon?
Beat me to it.
Harmeet Dhillon's law firm has been pursuing a lot of free speech cases recently.
I don't know how much experience they have in tech directly, but they might be an option to look into. They're at least a sympathetic ear.
No such thing as a slam dunk. That's some hopium.I'm going to chime in with the other posters who have noted that tortious interference is a slam dunk if you're going after Dong Gone, and First Amendment claims are irrelevant (though CA's Unruh Civil Rights Act makes it illegal to discriminate on political ideology , which may enhance your case).
So you’re telling me there’s a chance…I know it’s fun to rah rah root for our boy here but to all the fresh meat getting pumped for Justice you need to calm the fuck down and understand a few things.

I recall one of the threads where it documented how Liz had gone with a friend to a legal hearing or something for "support" only to be live tweeting the entire thing including private discussion. I suspect the same thing might happen again. But look at who the defendant is going to be. Somebody dumb enough to actually admit to this shit without any provocation whatsoever. They live in a world where acceptance by total strangers on the internet is validation for their existence since it sure as shit isn't in the mirror every morning. They will not be able to NOT do more dumb shit like posting online.
I'd like to point out that if we keep throwing out names that the defendant may proactively "girl talk" them into rejecting Null. Though that might backfire if they smell something stinky and choose to look deeper into it.Yes, she is definitely someone you should reach out to.
But I think Eugene Volokh is the best person to contact for an initial consult. He's probably the country's most influential First Amendment scholar. And despite suffering from libertarianism, he is sympathetic towards various types of net neutrality and has authored many important papers about Internet regulation.
I would argue that null shutting anything down because of the lawsuit is antithetical to his cause. The entire premise is “the views of this website are protected under free speech and I have no control over what anyone says as long as it’s legal.” Which in my opinion should be a pretty strong stance for the judicial system to respect no matter what is discussed. But my opinion is worth about as much as a pound of dog shit so who knows. The puff pieces about LFJ will continue to intensify in both frequency and narrative-shaping.

The last thing Null needs is for retards to start sperging about the case on here, as I can guarantee that LFJ's people will be watching this like a hawk and pushing for contempt of court charges and/or a mistrial should someone say anything especially retarded.
If I were Null, I'd seriously consider closing off new registrations once LFJ has been served, to reduce the chance of LFJ plants coming in to try and derail Null's legal action. Most people who have been here for longer than 12 months probably remember the fedpost that was swept up in minutes, yet somehow LFJ magically managed to get a screenshot of it and use it to support some bullshit claim about the Farms posing an imminent danger to human life, thus leading Cloudflare to bend the knee.
Should closing off new registrations be unfeasible, at least close LFJ's thread until the case is over and hire extra jannies to sweep up any posts that could threaten Null's legal position.

Null is not responsible for what people say here. Individuals are responsible for their own posts. Section 230. It's the reason this site is able to exist at all.The last thing Null needs is for retards to start sperging about the case on here, as I can guarantee that LFJ's people will be watching this like a hawk and pushing for contempt of court charges and/or a mistrial should someone say anything especially retarded.
Null looks and sounds like a high school kid who just discovered 4chan, which is weird when you know Null is a 30 year old man. Still, he's infinitely more normal than the castrado Dong-Gone.One of the main things Null has going for him is that he looks and sounds like a normal individual while LFJ looks like a disgusting unhinged lunatic who does his cause no favors whatsoever by being the face of it.
Yes, but...Null is not responsible for what people say here. Individuals are responsible for their own posts. Section 230. It's the reason this site is able to exist at all.
... my concern is that someone could make a post that is in contempt of court. Would this not be illegal content?Illegal content will of course be removed, as it always has been.
