And heat intolerance? Yet gets in a hot tub? Or is it maybe just being a pasty person, or…alcohol-related hot flashes?
The heat intolerance thing I can believe, my understanding it that it's only really a "problem" when it's heat that you either don't want to be experiencing or is unexpected. I would imagine it's easy to ignore while getting into a hot tub because that's the whole point, it's hot and steamy and supposed to relax you.
Now that's not to say it's not made worse by all the drinking he does, anything that makes you more sensitive to temp changes would probably make it unbearable on days where you'd normally be fine. But again, not like he plans to stop the drinking so I say let 'em suffer.

Do you have a cite for not wanting/ expecting heat as a symptom of or trigger for “heat intolerance”? My quick & dirty (fallible) searching didn’t turn up any of that. I got associated conditions such as endocrine disorders, anxiety, alcohol misuse, diabetes, MS, Parkinson’s, fibromyalgia, guillain-barre, amphetamine (incl adderall) use, dehydration, some anti-depressants, caffeine, menopause, being sedentary, heart disease, hyperthyroidism … but nothing about surprise situations or general “I hate it here.”

(And I’m 🙄 about “heat intolerance” as a condition in itself. Unless you’re talking some neurological condition making anything above 40 degrees an absolute nightmare or some of the conditions noted above [I know some MS-havers get hit hard by it], we all have varying levels of love or hate for heat. I personally get faint and queasy if I’m in super-hot/sunny conditions without shade available, and though my tolerance has seemed to increase with age (hot flashes aside), I work around it by not going on boats in summer heat/sun, or to the islands/ equatorial locations, without a hat/shade - bc I will be limp and lame and uncomfortable and grumpy. So, my “heat tolerance” trends very low (or “heat intolerance” is on the high side), but it’s not “a condition.”)

Tl; dr: if Nick stated “heat intolerance” as some kind of medical thing and it’s not associated with an actual medical issue, then he’s just lame. Or hung over.

My dude, nukes were the problem. Can we please not make it worse?

Feel free to edit the last frame and insert Nick's infamous picture of him in his daughter's short-shorts. Same difference.

Yeah, sorry I realize how horribly unclear my post was. So I, and I assume Nick as well since I don't remember how much he's ever actually talked about it but I could be wrong, mean it more colloquially where it's an issue to experience hotter temperatures than you are normally used to.
PL a little for an example, as a side effect of some medications I'm much more sensitive to prolonged heat than I was in say high school when I wasn't taking them. That sensitivity leads to irritability and short temper, but once I'm cooled down enough it can feel like nothing was wrong in the first place. It's only ever an issue when I wasn't expecting to be hot and miserable and am not aware that my temper is shorter.
Seems to me like it's much the same for Nick but it's caused by the alcohol or maybe something else on days when he doesn't drink as much. It's a symptom of something else rather than the cause itself, medication or some vice that causes the sensitivity, then the heat leads to other problems. I agree that it's not really a condition on its own but it's a symptom that can be managed pretty easily when you're aware of it.

I don't think that it's the alcohol. In fact, I don't even think it exists. I think it's some weird cope or excuse. If alcohol made it worse, why was he in a hot tub that stream when he was so drunk off his ass he turned into Popeye (well a really weak and faggy version of Popeye)?

What he has is an "allergy to sudden increases in internal body temperature". Not a heat intolerance. If he got too hot too fast he would supposedly break out into hives.

I'm not going to discount Nick potentially lying about his heat allergy, but right about the time of the Depp trial he claimed he started getting an regular injection of an allergy medication that seemed to be working.

He claims to have cholinergic urticaria, a real condition that I myself have (or used to). The symptoms he describes are real and explicable only through some kind of immune system disorder, and I believe he's mentioned giving himself shots for the condition in the past. I think it's safe to say that this is a real health problem and not alcohol-induced.

But then I used to think that about a lot of what the a-logs in this thread said, and I'm not really so sure anymore. Nick feels like a completely different person to me than he did two years ago. The first hour of his stream last night was pretty good, but his section on Candace Owens was bafflingly retarded. He completely misunderstood the argument she was trying to make, then ranted about "addiction" pointlessly--I'm pretty sure only because he wanted to somehow prove to the people in this very thread that he isn't an alcohol or sex addict.

He did not convince me.

If I was the governor of Texas I have the national guard on the border with orders to shoot to kill every single man woman and child attempting to enter the United States not at the approved ports of entry, and then leave their bodies there to rot as an example for all others

I share this sentiment but we both know that that is a practical impossibility, and also probsbly a crime

selwrynn
again I 100% agree that we ought to do that, I just lament that it isnt practical

It is practical. Just not legal anymore.

ending the cartels got Oliver North in trouble, then Bush Sr decided to use them to hook the blacks on crack, so Biden and Clintoon could make ridiculous punishments

its amazing how serving in the military can smash the rose colored glasses real quick. Let us not forget that the entirety of the US ARMY is unconstitutional.

Agree.

Is that Kayla? She really has dropped a ton of weight, based on recent pics. Good if she wanted to; sad if she felt she needed to.
I'm fairly confident it is. I recall when I saved it from this thread it was stated clearly it was her. I'm not the best with faces though 🧩. In my opinion there isn't "weight" to really lose in the picture. It's what you expect a fit/healthy woman to look like and is frankly impressive after any amount of kids. She looks like skin and bones in more recent pictures. It's to a point where it's unattractive if you aren't into some Auschwitz RP.

Somewhat ironically, your theory here actually makes Nick sound better. Which I'm doubting was your intent. Given the subject matter he's been peddling, you could make a pretty solid case that being a disingenuous grifter is preferable to being a "true believer."

While it's undeniable Nick is a grifter, I don't know if you're right on this particular one. His brain is so cooked nowadays, I'm doubtful he can demonstrate the level of foresight you're suggesting anymore. He's been making absolutely horrendous decisions this past year, and exposing who he really is and what he actually believes.

Either way, he's gross and is rightfully receiving the backlash he deserves.
I'm not being charitable to Nick, it's just that he's following suit with half of these culture war youtubers who have learned from Depp that carrying celebrity water = $$$ from peeling off some of that celebrity's fans. Besides, Rekieta caping for hollywood scumbag noncery for clicks pales in comparison to what we already know about him, like his recent video on how to tell children their parent is a sex worker, or that time a bunch of contractors heard him explain he wanted to build a sex dungeon next to his kids' bedrooms and just assumed he was the second incarnation of Josef Fritzl AKA the dungeon dad. One of youtube's leading legal and lifestyle authorities, btw
