Could be a trap or some method for a "most credible reporter" style of score card. I'd imagine something similar to an account level back end filter is feasible and necessary for folks like troons that spam report accounts over false pretenses. The boy who cried wolf type of deal.

The sad reality is that it was always like this, but hidden.
When Elon took over I made a few test accounts (I had an old main that got unfairly banned for "spam" during a ban wave simply because I followed a Nick Fuentes sock), and they all got banned real fast for basically nothing. Of note is the first got banned for telling a conservative "influencer" to stop being such a stupid ho. 10 mins later, permaban. VPN inside a VM used etc.
Moderation rules and ToS are basically irrelevant. For small accounts you're fully at the mercy of the mods. Appeals seem to be useless for most.
But the defining characteristic is unpredictability and inconsistency of moderation, and rules being applied either incredibly strictly if mods want it, or not at all if you're an account Elon likes, like Keith Woods'.
I would argue that the whole point of social media moderation is to keep it as vague and ambiguous, with as little transparency, as anything else invites testing the boundaries, which mods and admins always hate.

You can report Beastility, as per the first video. Hit Report, scroll down to Sensitive or Disturbing Content, and then scroll down and find Bestiality and Necrophilia. From there, you can report this issue there.

For Lolicon, you can now report via Report -> Child Abuse -> "Illustrated, cartoon, computer generated media depicting a minor engaging in a sexual act or child-like sex doll"

Well duh social media companies track alt accounts and ban them as soon as they’re found. Having a previously banned account is a bannable offense.

Yea even if you use a VPN. VPNs are extremely obvious on the backend. Every device you use has a bunch of signatures behind it that are easy to track.

Yes, but I specified I also used it within a VM, so you can forget any device ID, as it would be some random Manjaro Linux inside VMware.
I'm not some hacker-type, but I'm also not retarded.
For Twitter, this would appear as a new device ID. Sometimes they just ask that you put in a phone number. Sometimes they just ban it outright.
As I said, inconsistency is key.

The fact that all your alts were immediately banned for “no reason” and within ten minutes points very heavily to you sharing a signature with your original accounts. Manual moderation is not that fast.

You are making assumptions. They were banned for reasons, not out of the blue. There are older posts when I tested, a few months ago.
In short, I "harassed" blue checks that either Elon liked, or that had gained prominence after he took over, with horrific phrases like "Stop being a complete lunatic liar", "You're such a disingenuous sperg" and so on. Most of them, conservative types.
You can be proud of and embrace your retarded faggot identity as much as you like. I can understand why after reading some of your content.
But don't confuse people coming here to have fun in a relaxed way with retardation. Not all of the "normal" people are stuck up business suit 50s family bores.

Weird choice with D4 considering the game lost like 99% of its users and viewers due to a disastrous first season and dumb nerfs instead of actual new content.
Still a 99 Nightmare dungeon should be fairly challenging for many build and would require some serious farming, or somebody giving you their account to play on
If Elon really spent like 150-200 hours or more farming D4 gear and XP, he truly is a sperg
