Technically Ethan Ralph has won more court cases than Nick. Ethan is a more reliable source of real life legal tactics than him and is so good at lawyering he's been able to get out from unwinnable situations numerous times, he doesn't rely on bullshit legal theory from the worst law school in the country and can do better than the first plea deal the prosecutors hand over to him, Ethan Ralph has practiced more law than Nick the last 5 years.
