This is about the dumbest thing he could have posted under the circumstances. He’s this close to outright saying, “Why don’t you FUCKING RETARDS believe the BRILLIANT STORY I concocted?”

I was just about to post the clip myself.Just saw a clip from a past stream where she shows up next to JF talking about him 'following her everywhere' and 'trying to kill her'. and he keeps trying to shoo her off camera She sounds really handicapped; poor fucking woman. I really hope he didn't do anything to her.
Yes, Kizzume Fowler is the narrator of JCS (but not actually JCS himself). He is both a furry and Kero defender. He does VA work for hire and has popped up in a couple of different places. For example, he also appeared in a Mandalore Gaming video where he parodied his work for JCS,Slightly off topic, but people keep (understandably) referencing Jim Can't Swim ITT. I seem to remember something about the narrator of that channel also being a Kero defender and a furry? I don't know where I read this, but this could be why a clip of his real self is used in a Cancer Jim video made about Kero or some other furry weirdo. Apologies if this is true and now JCS is ruined for everyone.
I was just about to post the clip myself.
She says: "You always follow me everywhere. And you say you want to make spiritual movement, but you fucking tried to kill me for three years" (Start from 15:15 for that, but there are a lot of weird comments before that as well)
I don't know what laws canada has about compelling evidence and right to silence, but he would automatically be considered a suspect (if not prime) in her disappearance as he's her husband. if they compel testimony it would only be because he is not a suspect, if he is a suspect then obviously get an attorney.I don't disagree with you on any of this - but part of the issue here is at what point you have a right to legal advise. In Canada, I am pretty sure this would only come into play upon being arrested.
YES!!! I'm by nature the prime suspect in the disappearance of my ex(?) who I have not seen for two+ months. If your wife has disappeared, and the police want to ask you a few questions about her whereabouts to try and find her, are you going to refuse to say anything without a lawyer present?
yes. and free consultations exist too. innocent people SHOULD meet with their lawyer before talking to a cop to make sure they recall the events properly and iron out the facts. By nature police interrogations are meant to disorient you and catch you in your words because it's the best way to dig up the truth. Protecting yourself by dialing up your jew first isn't slimy, it's stopping them from being slimy. What if you don't have the means to hire your own attorney in those situations, do you refuse to engage with authorities as they look for your loved one until you are arrested and you have a right to representation?
Talking to police without your attorney is giving up your rights. Police may sound like they speak english to you, but they are secretly speaking legalese and your mistranslations of legalese into english- as well intentioned as they may be- can be used to hang you unjustly. This isn't about giving up your rights, it's countering this idea that you should never talk to the police - even when your interests dovetail with what they are doing. In the case of a missing loved one - it's finding them!
It has already been addressed in this thread, but that wasn't directed to JF but to NoWhiteGuilt, the guy he's streaming with.I was just about to post the clip myself.

These liberated females making bad decisions and blaming men for it, that’s the problem!
I am not talking about when you are being subject to a lengthy interview as a suspect, which is clear from what I had been saying. So whoever you are addressing, it certainly isn't me.if I fuck up some memory or statement after I've been in an interview room for seven hours, that can and will be used against me, and could easily result in a false conviction.
"don't worry, you're not under arrest, you're not even a suspect, we just need you to talk to us to help us find the real perp!" is one of the classics lolI am not talking about when you are being subject to a lengthy interview as a suspect, which is clear from what I had been saying. Police are trained to butter up potential suspects. Shut up and hire a lawyer, even if the hot female cop is telling you how handsome you are and how a good looking man like you would tell the truth."don't worry, you're not under arrest, you're not even a suspect, we just need you to talk to us to help us find the real perp!" is one of the classics lol
I think he's trying to convince everybody he's guilty, it's actually a super genius reverse psychology trick. This is about the dumbest thing he could have posted under the circumstances. He’s this close to outright saying, “Why don’t you FUCKING RETARDS believe the BRILLIANT STORY I concocted?”
He defended Nick Fuentes several times fairly recently. Coincidence? I think not.You only needed to hear him speak once to realize he had no place in any ‘movement’
Don’t even give them the time of day without a lawyer."don't worry, you're not under arrest, you're not even a suspect, we just need you to talk to us to help us find the real perp!" is one of the classics lol
Not sure what gives you that impression, since I have made it clear what he has done is incredibly stupid.@Norbert the Tiger are you some jf cock sucker?
Exactly this. The video submitted goes into some detail how even innocent people, thinking they are helping their cause, express something in an inartful way, or misremember something, any number of ways. The police are trained to do this, have many years experience, and, as I and others have stated before, the spouse or boyfriend in these cases is the prime suspect until something shifts that presumption or suspicion.Conversely, if I fuck up some memory or statement after I've been in an interview room for seven hours, that can and will be used against me, and could easily result in a false conviction.
This demonstrates how naive you are. Because that is exactly what will result when someone agrees to talk to the police. Cops who are good at it will even feign affability, give the suspect false assurances, luring them into saying things that are harmful to their own well being. I can explain it to you, I can direct you to any number of videos, by lawyers and former cops, explaining why this is a bad idea, but I cannot comprehend it for you.I am not talking about when you are being subject to a lengthy interview as a suspect
If there was a time to ring up the fuzz and say “ello ohfeeser eh won du tell yew eh ahv nut heard fruhm ehr een eh while” it’s months past
Then I think you’re talking about a situation that no longer exists. A missing persons investigation is ongoing, he is already a suspect, and even a “quick and casual interview” done at his house could be used to convict him.I am not talking about when you are being subject to a lengthy interview as a suspect, which is clear from what I had been saying. I wasn't specifically talking about JFGs case, I was responding to the video with the lawyer saying never talk to the police without a lawyer. Then I think you’re talking about a situation that no longer exists.
