What's with the annoying AI generated AR thumbnail
Whistler used to be a frequent target for copyright trolls, his videos are pretty good but you'll notice they're very light on visuals, and are usually just him talking directly to the camera with some stock footage. Using an AI Images probably solves several problems at once.

On another note Gun Jesus churned out a video about the use of the Bren gun as a sniper rifle in the movie 'The siege of Jadotville' deboonking the myth of the Brens accuracy.

The Chieftain promptly did a response, pointing out that whether or not it's a myth, that Soldiers felt it to be more accurate, and therefore would train for precision shooting using them. To the point that in shooting competitions in the Irish Army shooters would only fire single shots.

That was actually a very good exchange between the two. And honestly a textbook good rebuttal from The_Chieftain. Ian definitely leans too much on the technical elements of the things he talks about, while Nick has always been more about ergonomics and real-world usage.

Ironically, the big problem Ian didn't notice with the movie was that they likely didn't have any scoped snipers at all to being with. An issue he didn't notice because it wasn't something related to the gun itself. Always looks for more than one source, kids.

Brandon continues his courtship with the glownigger coffee shill.

While I think BRCC made it very clear what they think about their target demographic, I want to reserve judgement for Brandon himself only when he fucks up and does something stupid. He  does try to make his videos apolitical (save for 2A related topics) for the most part, and I think he genuinely thinks that other apolitical people can be brought to a common cause for 2A if they're given good content and as little drama as possible. Granted, this has come to bite him in the ass for example, when that Australian faggot made a hit peice using footage he shot together with Brandon. I'll also point out that he's said a few times that he doesn't make content for people who hate people like him and want him and his children dead (unlike tranny chasers like cinnamon riflebun and KKK). I guess we'll wait and see.
Sniper threads still happen every once in a while and they're pretty fu-

Hmm, Is that like those threads with can

The Aussie thing still pisses me off if only because Brandon never gave a response to the 2nd video they made about him, which was even worse towards Brandon and his friends and even tried to paint him as someone who wants to collect guns used in genocide, namely the Yugoslav wars. Those videos were genuinely some of the worst hit pieces I've seen against someone who did fucking nothing against the maker but accept him into their home.

I remember several years ago, back when 8chan was more than a walking corpse of a website, seeing I did a thing's dox on a random board and at the time I had no idea why anyone would dislike him that much. He seemed like a really inoffensive guy, but if he's been that slimy all along, things start to make a little more sense.

There wasn't really a reason to do another response. The first response pretty well covers both videos and quite frankly the second video struck while the iron was cold since his response to the first one really took all the wind out of the Aussie's sails since everyone knew they were lying dirtbags as soon as it dropped.

Shotgun debate. IMO a since 2000 lead round 9-15 clean lead, no copper is gonna do it within 75 yards. Heh.

ETA firing shotgun rounds at 10-25 yards against cardboard to see the spread never impressed me. 0 or 00 like they're going will rip someone up in any COM or take off a limb at that range.
Honestly was just fun to see the old trench gun fire. But yeah, 00 buck at CCW pistol ranges is ass rape no matter what era the shotgun is from

John Corea's Active Self Protection channel isn't even playing when I hit play on adult vids, just goes back to the playlist.

I kinda gave up when he got the Englel's competition for longest unkempt beard.

I like forgotten weapons, but at some point Ian McCollum who has never served in a military bought into the idea that military equipment is over engineered because it has to compensate for soldiers 'figuring out ways to breaksstuff'.

A military rifle doesn't live in a rack in the Armory, or in some gun safe. It has to be lugged around by a soldier for weeks or months on end, whether slung or within arms reach. He could be a Mechanic working on a vehicle or a clerk in an office. Whatever the soldier is doing the rifle goes with him, it gets banged around, slung unslung, knocked against vehicles as they mount or dismount. They're not purposely fucking trying to fucking destroy them. It's just they have other things to fucking do.

In the 2010's after the 'Battle of Bastion' when the RAF waved a load of Taliban onto the camp. The weapons policy changed so that everyone had to carry a weapon with them 24/7 (anyone well connected got a pistol). Previously to that rifles were left in Armories often wrapped in sandbags. All of a sudden levels of faults started shooting up, and the monthly check zero shoots became an ordeal.

Anyway it's probably Ian's single most obnoxious characteristic. I suspect fostered by mainly talking to former SF operators (who incidentally usually have a team of Armorers and Store men supporting them).

I'm a bit late to this, but I wanted to point out that Ian once did an amusing video about the MAS-36 rifle. I dunno if you've seen it.

The TL;DW is that the arsenal had to make modifications at one point because it was discovered that it's possible for the empty bayonet tube of one rifle to get permanent attached to a stowed/reverse bayonet in another rife. The two rifles would be stuck together and impossible to separate in the field. This was apparently discovered after two bored French soldiers were fucking around circa 1951. Same bayonet system is used on the MAS-49.

So, I would say he's not always wrong that soldiers will figure out interesting ways to fuck shit up, and weapon designers sometimes need to take that into account.

I wonder what's up with this guy. He was chunky, lost a bunch of weight, then gained it all back and now looks like a cult leader.

It is an okay place to get videos of citizen/LE encounters, but his takes go from the obvious to the retarded pretty quickly. He seems depressed, I see him arguing with people in the comments from time to time.

Oh yeah, he usually does that. I also remember when I used to get recommended videos from his channel and all his situation breakdowns were of black people or Arabs attacking innocent people or footage from some shithole country and he was like “Do NOT be racist. We do NOT tolerate racism.” Like dude, surely you can’t watch ALL these vids and break them down and NOT start noticing patterns?

Pretty unfortunate timing on Ian's latest 2Gun video...
Unfortunate timing? More like suspicious coincidences.

Ian published a book on Azov…few months later there’s a war in Ukraine.
Ian makes a video about a gun used in a war against Israel…few days later there’s a new war in Israel.

I hope he doesn’t start covering PLA small arms.

Ian has been hard at work expanding his income sources. Did not think modeling would be one of them though. An ad on facebook.

Hes got the meme load out too, flux raider with an enclosed dot that isn't an acro
Check out their website. No idea who they are marketing their products to other than John Wick fanboys maybe? Who in their right mind would order a suit online? I thought for sure they just ripped the picture of Ian from a video, but they might have actually paid him for it.
