The anti-doxing laws they reference are specifically about filing a civil suit should someone "'intentionally' publish their personally identifiable information with intent to harm or harass" them. It's not a criminal matter under these laws, it's a civil matter. Vito was still correct. However, he's still an obese pedophile so I'm more inclined to side with the people who think doxing is a crime.
