Wasn't it pretty well known that Jack Dorsey suggested to Elon that he should buy Twitter?

There's also a bigger problem with Ben's conspiracy theory. The article is dated April 1st, 2022. By then Musk had already become the largest shareholder of Twitter:

Also, hilarious that Ben finally updated his "book corner" in his background. His anti-abortion homophobic coworker Medhi Hasan is probably upset that Ben removed his shitty book though.

edit: Ben can't read, his theory is based on his inability to read. Ben in his SCOOP:

The article makes clear that it's saying what will be done to Musk/Twitter if he takes over:

Ben himself pointed me to this paragraph:

Anyway, here's Ben being incoherent on Rachel Maddow:

Ben's fans are demanding a police state in his replies as normal:

After all that, you’ve gotta admit: it is very weird Elon and Linda never responded to me.
Please tell me you pulled a "Don't you know who I am?"

Also nice Instagram filter, Ben.

Speaking of whom, maybe Stoya gave him eyeliner and highlighter tips. He lookes terrified of her, and ten years older. And is that The Smirk?

No, Ben, don't listen to the Bambi Sleep mp3s!

Listening to him barrel through each sentence without a single connection between them was really disorienting. This dude's entire career is communication and he can't articulate an idea or explain a train of thought for the life of him.
This is giving off major schizo vibes, I think Benny Boy had lost his fucking marbles. Connecting things that are totally unrelated, delusions of grandeur, staying awake until 5am every night connecting photos with string.

My dispute with this is that this is always what he's done. Gone on obscure tiny forums, read some of their posts and then reported about the SECRET PLOTS being generated on them. As I noted before, this is a guy who went on national TV and cried about how "WE" aren't taking his reporting on these obscure forums seriously enough when a mass shooting happened as if there was somehow a connection between any of these things or that a "solution" was just obvious. Ben never commented on the Audrey Hale mass shooting that I can recall, partly because he was already deep into his SECRET PLOT by Elon delusions by then but also because it didn't fit his predetermined conspiracy theory.

Does Ben literally have a brain tumor? I was expecting deranged, but this is beyond that.

If someone writes a report predicting what will happen if a tsunami hits the west coast, and then a tsunami does hit the west coast, does Ben think that the writer caused the tsunami?
He's probably the type of person where if a bird shit on his head, he'd think a far right extremist trained it to

Not just that, but I remember an Elon quote from years prior asking if he should buy Twitter. Ben is giga retarded.
And the incident that finally pissed him off enough to actually do it was Twitter banning the Babylon Bee account. All of this was out in the open and previously acknowledged by the same people pushing Ben's latest fabricated scoop.

No, that's stupid. What obviously caused the tsunami was that one of the far-right billionaires with a catastrophe machine read the article and used it as a PLAYBOOK.

All the Bee did was call the creepy troon Surgeon General "Man of the Year", and it caused TPTB to ultimately lose control of their most powerful propaganda organ. Talk about losing your kingdom for want of a nail!

I mean, there are crazies on the internet but for some reason I have trouble believing Ben Collins would receive "non-stop death threats". Is he even that relevant?
Not really, he's just emulating the go to manipulation tactic for shutting down criticism in his social circle. Unfortunately for him, it isn't particularly effective unless you're female and attractive, even in the most "progressive" media circles. He gives it away in the first tweet when he implies that reporting on his posts on a public social media platform is not only unethical, but dangerous. These people have zero self awareness or empathy. His entire career is based around dumpster diving for wrongthink in the social media feeds of his targets and whipping up enough bullshit hysteria to justify their complete reputational and financial destruction.

Put your money where your mouth is and leave the platform, Ben!

Do he and his cohorts not realize that continuing to engage on the platform is one of the reasons why it remains popular? Leaving is too much of a sacrifice for Ben, of course, because social media "likes" are the only thing keeping him from jumping off a bridge.

The gaslighting here is insane. Before Musk, the fact that "policymakers" and journalists (I do not count Ben as one) took Twitter so seriously was seen by Ben and his cronies as a good thing. Because Twitter was also a good thing. In reality, this dynamic had already rotten Twitter to the core long before Musk even thought of buying in. It never had the tools or responsibility to do anything, but people like Ben have made their careers on pretending that it did. They have to keep up that illusion, because otherwise they would be forced to admit they are the ones who ruined it in the first place, by aiding and abetting the most unhinged lunatics and pretending they represent society as a whole. The inmates were running the asylum all along.

Quoting someone who was fired for a massive amount of plagiarism from fucking Buzzfeed, that's just the cherry on the cake.

"many have"

Literally who? Everyone said they would, but I don't think anyone actually did.
