LAW LICENSE UPDATE
Over the past few weeks I've seen a number of people in Elissa's comments opine that Nick doesn't have, or soon will not have, a valid law license in Minnesota. This was based off the fact that his license fee was due on the 1st, but records showed it hadn't been received yet (notwithstanding that, he was always listed as
Authorized, and I checked multiple days after the 1st).
Well, now he's good to go for another year. The payment was received on the 10th. Barring anything else, he can continue to be a non-practiciing attorney instead of being further downgraded to a non-practicing non-attorney.
