Palestinians always win the PR war thanks to third worlders and leftist fifth columnists on Twitter but I've never seen opinions do a 180 this quickly.
Don't use Twitter as a gauge of public opinion one way or another. That's how you end up becoming a journalist that is completely shocked when Trump wins the election or Brexit happens because your Twitter bubble is super anti orange man. Also Twitter heavily favours the latest trend so it will also lead to overestimating the support for the "next big thing" (be it Ukraine, Israel or climate change). People sperg online a lot, but little of it translates into real world action one way or another.

The pro palestine crowd has a lot more work this time. Not only because auf the filmed massacres, but also because there is a general discontent with muslims. The poor innocent palestinian tale doesn't hold as much sway if muslims are shitting up your city and celebrating the murder of families and music festival goers. The far left won't drop them because from their point of view they don't care about dead jews just like they don't care about dead whites. The question for them is, how obvious can they afford to be.

The events of the past week will not have moved the needle for the radicals on both sides. If you hated muslims before you still hate muslims. If you hated jews before, you still hate jews. The question is what happens to the large block in the middle that generally just wants to be left alone. They don't appear on social media much but they decide elections.

So from what I was reading today (please correct me if I’m wrong): the water Israel provides makes up less than 10% of Gaza’s water supply - the rest being from their own desalination plants (and while the pipes they use for dispersing this were originally provided by Israel, the plants and pipes are now all owned and operated by the Gazans with no Israeli intervention needed). Only caveat is that the plants require fuel to desalinate the water and they apparently don’t have any left.
Had they stocked up on tons of fuel before their terror attacks, would they have been able to remain self sufficient with water this week despite Israel cutting them off?
Also, are the rockets they’re launching using the same kinds of fuel that their desalination plants need or are the two things completely different?

Local copy. Shows people attacking a person with an Israel flag trying to take it from her whilst yelling, "Free Palestine."
They also attempt to block his recording of the event.

WATCH! Palestinians go ape over a piece of fabric!

Don’t these people have better things to do than turn out in droves demanding leniency for a terrorist organization? Actually, they are probably unemployed.

For the record, anyone who:
  • Has engaged in terrorist activity
  • You know or have reasonable reason to believe is engaged in or is likely to engage after entry in any terrorist activity
  • Has under circumstances indicating an intention to cause death or serious bodily harm, incited terrorist activity
  • Endorses or espouses terrorist activity or persuades others to endorse or espouse terrorist activity or support a terrorist organization
  • Is the spouse or child of an applicant who is ineligible if the activity causing the applicant to be found ineligible occurred within the last 5 years
is inadmissible to the United States and therefore ineligible for most if not all immigration benefits to the US, as per the US Code section 1182(a)(3)(B) [archive]

The Department of Homeland Security ought to scrutinize applications from the Middle East submitted any time after October 7.

If someone is already in the United States and they had concealed information that would have made them inadmissible, they can have their citizenship revoked and be deported. ICE should make itself useful and prep a list of the people turning out to these protests so they can look over their history for if they have done anything terrorist-related under the US code.

Integration is a fairly uneven process. Not to turn this into a personal blog, but my grandmother's family came in legally and not in a big wave. They settled into small towns, largely white. They're now integrated to the point that most of their descendants can't speak Spanish.

The problem tends to be when it's mass immigration, because just as we are seeing in Europe, there's a natural tendency for a tribal mindset, eventually leading to ghettos or small enclaves that refuse to integrate because they don't have to. This is the big problem with cities like LA and NYC which house some of the most insufferable Latinos in the world. Texas and Florida Latinos are much more integrated because of their gradual arrival and integration, including intermarriage with Americans.
The problem is that they did integrate, but they integrated into cities full of liberals.

Oh good, the old "Xanatos gambit" talking point has finally appeared.

What is it about Hamas, the most stereotypical third-world terrorist organization possible, that would make anyone think that their act of terrorism was actually the first step in a master plan to trick Israel? A person with a pair of braincells to rub together would look at Hamas and see a group of violent savages too shortsighted and stupid to realize things would go wrong for them.

Not that I'm surprised, no act on a political stage would be complete without a couple of arrogant idiots talking like one side is holding their palm over their face and cackling over a chessboard. They always end up choosing the stupidest side in a conflict to project this onto.

Thank you. A borderline newfag account that joined last year isn't a moral authority.

Wait he actually survived?!

And in other news

Leaked email confirms America taken by complete surprise by this conflict, doesn't have resources to help Israel, doesn't believe they can win a multi front conflict and u.s troops are apparently "anti semitic"

THis look fake as shit.

Lol.

"Man bites dog." and we've got to do everything possible to deter this.

Meanwhile, Muslims kill children because they're not Muslim practically everyday, everybody shrugs.
Nits make lice, and all forms of Islam are incompatible with the West. The Islamic birth rate is so large that this is just a drop in the bucket, oh well.
On one hand while I absolutely despise the religion of Islam, I also hate the murder of children in general. It’s a dilemma.

Israeli soldiers are forcing the Hamas prisoners to listen to children's songs on a loop

A viral video seemingly shows captured Hamas terrorists being subjected to a novel form of torture — a “Baby Shark”-style children’s song being played in a loop for eight hours.

The purported prisoners are seen blindfolded and bound as they sit on the ground amid the blaring strains of “Mamtera Im Matara,” which translates to “Sprinkler With A Target,” the Israeli news site Walla reported. One of the blindfolded men is seen bopping his head to the repetitive music as a woman’s voice can be heard saying, “Look how happy he is” and “Check this guy out.”

The song is by Manny Mamtera, 40, whose real last name is Tzukerl — and he has approved it being used to torture the jihadists, according to Walla.

“I don’t know if it’s real or not, but the song is called ‘Mamtera Im Mamtera’ and we are all targets, so let’s go,” the singer reportedly wrote of the clip.

He later added that he heard from soldiers at the scene that it was “completely real,” and that he was happy that the troops’ morale was high

So is anyone going to talk about the elephant in the room about the staggering amount of voices in academia that excused the murder and rape of innocent civilians in Israel at the concert (even blamed them)? And how one could easily see that translating to us having a massive problem on our own soil if America were ever to get attacked again? Like these same people would not only cheer on another 9/11, but at this point they'd sell out their own countrymen to virtue signal and would trip over themselves to unlock the barricaded door to the proverbial Christian school for the Hamas to shoot up. And then berate the surviving parents that they brought this upon themselves.

How the fuck did it get so bad?

I've tuned out of the talking heads, but are any big personalities actually talking about this? This feels like a national security issue in the making here, and we've gotten a fortunate shot across the bow about what these people would be like if this ever happened here.
