Whatever happened to "Kayla likes men with gray hair". Was that a lie he was telling himself or does he expect to be divorced in the coming years and doesn't give a shit what he looks like for her anymore?
This fucking stream. I remembered in concept that it was a degenerate cluster fuck, but had convinced myself Nick would "Pull Up" and was just tired from trial streams and memory holed it. Thanks for reminding me how fucking blind I was to Nick's depravity.
It all makes sense now. The faux estrogen leaked into his eggs and made him gay.
I have seen women motivate their men to change how they look becuase they do not like the disparity in appearance of age between them. They do everything they can to look younger, but hate the appearance of being with an 'older gentleman'..
Just a personal anecdote.
Not to pile on, but it goes without saying that July's great great grandfather was likely a slave. We all rightfully laugh at SJWs, but for the love of Christ (which Nick has obviously lost), there is a line.
There's a big difference between being provocative/edgy/controversial versus being intentionally repugnant for the sake of shock value.
I guarantee that tonight on the show - if he addresses it, and he probably will - Nick will say that the great grandfather is dead and he doesn't care, so why should anyone else?
Nick is being hyper technical and ignoring the pattern, as someone else said. I understand why it is difficult to collocate individual actions into a legally establish pattern beciase the law is fact-specific, but humans do it all the time.
At what point is Dick a POS for consistently feeding this harassment?
Eric probably does not have enough to sue and win against Dick, but that is a procedural fault of the nature of the legal system in the United States. Nick is banking on this to dismiss criticism and uses his legal knowledge to bully out critics. When someone brings up a moral standard, Nick has the tried and true ' Well I disagree.
It makes one wonder what kind of fake fantasies he projects onto Mandy in light of the alleged terminal depression and child of doom-like persona act she puts on. Perhaps she helped him to fill in those details (Edit: Hell, maybe vice-versa). Regardless, both of them are very sick human-beings. (Which explains a lot) As a narcissist personality, I could see him getting off on it. And while I don't particularly think of Kayla as a damsel in distress, it does raise other questions.
Nick appears to be operating on the level of:
'I didn't do it' or 'It did not happen, so I cannot be held to account for it!'
It fits so well with his joking about his 'kill list' he had in school, the 'On the wall' fiasco, and most recently the grave incident. He doesn't consider his thought patterns to hold any moral weight.
Nick seems to conveniently divorce 'intent' from action. This is embarassing for a lawyer because the law often couples them, as do many people's moral calculators. He seems to be saying 'If you cannot prove my thoughts, then you cannot condemn me!' Or 'I only said I thought about it, so it does not count!'
EDIT:
They're good questions.
I'm assuming that if Kayla had received a DUI, or even a speeding ticket,
@Balldo's Gate would have told us.
I have a working theory (different from my "pet" theories bc I think this one is valid), that she received a serious warning by Spicer/Willmar/somewhere police about her driving.
Nick uses "nanny" and "driver" terms synonymously so I'm unclear if it's the same person. In any case, at some point in the last 6-8 months, she has apparently stopped driving for the most part.
He's said for some time that she hates nighttime driving. So, fine. That doesn't explain why he must shuttle a kid at 7 a.m. after he's up until 5 drinking his brains out.
Edit: Spelling
He said in a LOCALS stream I summarised that Kayla hates getting up early. It is easier for him to get 1-2 hours sleep, drive the child at 7 AM, then be back home between 8 and half past. This way Kayla is supposedly more awake to deal with things during the day while he can get a bit more sleep.
