Nick's place is too far out of the way, but if the alternative is sleeping in their car i'm sure they could have guilted nick into it.
They could have driven an hour to stay with Nick or an hour back to the minneapolis area to be closer to the airport (assuming they didn't drive from California). Either way at the end of the show they were far away from much of anything.
- Nick says that Riley is a good guy. He is a comedian, and if you think he is going to hurt anyone, all you have to do is 'take 2 seconds' to find out who he is. The way to beat Riley is to be more funny than him, like come out with shaving cream on your shoulders.
Riley is a purely bad guy. He isn't funny or any sort of comedian. He is a repulsive bag of shit whose only status comes from being a shuffling creature belonging to Dick Masterson who is something less than a slave. He has the mind of a child and the form of something humanoid but not really reaching the level of human.
His great accomplishment was to bag a special needs girl and pimp her out to onlyfans for Dick's amusement.
The way to beat Riley would be repeatedly with a blunt object to the head. He is entirely surplus to the needs to humanity. He matters to nobody.
- Monty is different than Riley. He has a 10 year reputation, articles written about him, a film where a person referred to as underage is raped and killed, lost court cases about his reputation, and a photography studio (Montography) where he 'allegedly' took pictures of minors--Monty implying that it was fine with the parents. Monty also threatened to kill Nick at a local petrol station before the police could arrive.
- The films feature girls who are clearly very far from underage. None of them are referred to as underage. None of them are raped. There is no nudity in the films. There is not even any blood in the films. The films are horror movies that are amaterish and very tame. Anyone (Nick) who believes that they feature underage girls being raped is just a liar.
- He never lost a court case about his reputation let alone multiple court cases about his reputation. He had one self-written complaint thrown out of court.
- Monty does have alot of stuff written about him. You can for example find things written by people who claim he is some sort of CIA agent, that he is a great criminal mastermind and that he murdered jonbenet ramsey. The problem of course is that the people who will claim these things are tinfoil hat crazy.
- He had a photography business, But its a big step from talking about him owning a photography business to alleging he committing crimes with (as is said here) knowledge of the parents. Nick knows that it would be defamation to even make the claim which is why he says "alleged".
So what are the differences between Monty and Riley.
Riley is a fat, dirty, subhuman with the mind of a child. He goes out in public proudly dressed in clothes from childrens shows. He has a special needs girlfriend who is on onlyfans. His role in life is to be a sort of slave for Dick to laugh at for being so personally disgusting. He doesn't have much in the way of agency in any of his actions because there isn't much in his life beyond just doing what Dick tells him to do.
Monty is a boomer conspiracy nut who fights with other boomer conspiracy nuts. He has a history of doing stupid and/or disgusting stunts in public to get attention for himself. There is nothing good about him, but compared to Riley, he understands personal hygiene, he can somewhat function as an adult and he seems to have been able to attract a woman who wasn't severely retarded. He also is his own person and has agency over his own life which Riley does not. He isn't a slave to a failed LA comedian. Monty is also willing to fight for his name. Riley would not be.
----------
Its getting beyond pointless to go after Nick on matters like this. Nick himself is a drunken retard with no credibility whatsoever. Defending humanoid trash like Vito and Riley says everything about Nick at this point. There is no audience for what Nick wants to do and what he says doesn't matter much any more. What he says about the law and about people means about as much as what Ethan Ralph says. Which is to say nothing.
