But what can we do to stop this injustice? What if we all just make our own? Not sell it, but make it ourselves and consume the good shit?

I never had issues getting a variety of meats and cheeses and I by no means live in a major city.

Unless it's made by some European hick in a shack with zero food safety practices it's not real meat or cheese.

Quality burger choice, quality toppings. It's all about the maillard effect, carnalize as much of the two patties as you can. This is advanced American science.

It's the benefit of going through grade school in America, we get advance burger science classes. Can't imagine not being able to buy some quality, cheap, ground chuck from a local processor grounded that day; then cook it to perfection in 10 minutes.

Thankfully midwest chads also get to enjoy delicious fish fries in this region. Perch, walleye, haddock, bluegill, you name it and some dive bar is battering it up and serving it with french fries and rye bread.

Don't forget the delicious catfish as well. Or if your in the south some fresh oysters, shrimp, or crawfish. Actually I think I'll take a drive to the south this year and pick up a couple sacks of live crawfish when the season hits. All thanks to the freedom of being able to drive a car, that isn't reserved for the upper class. Nothing hits the spot better than a proper crawfish boil.

Absolutely, nothing like some fried Lake Erie perch with malt vinegar and tartar sauce that's been caught just up the road. I am so glad all of the bordering states and provinces have made the effort to restore the lake from the open sewer it used to be.
