I would agree unrelated strangers is not cool but if it's people who already have a familial bond then I wouldn't have an issue. If one side of a marriage is biologically capable of procreating but another is not (I don't mean trannies) due to a medical issue or whatever then I would be ok with it. It must be a totally altruistic thing as well.

I think the number of cases would be vanishingly small, some couples in that situation might not want to do so anyway. Maybe I'm wrong though.

In short, selling babies is bad and selling babies to faggots who will undoubtedly molest them is even worse.

I guess "my body my choice" only counts when killing the baby. And I find it a bit creepy that you can legally own a baby that's growing inside somebody else, before it's even been birthed. But the woman kind of screwed herself by taking all the money for it, and thinking she could get out of it without paying it back apparently.

It's California and the guy didn't get into the details of whether or not the surrogate was also the egg donor. I'm also not sure who the legal mother is when it comes to egg donors vs surrogates, but I would assume it's the egg donor since the relation can be proven at any point through DNA testing. I'm also guessing that California + "Maria" + can't afford to reimburse them = she's a poor Mexican woman. I would bet that if Maria is the egg donor, she can take the gay couple to family court, demand custody, then get paid child support for the next 20 years based on their income, which is probably high. Not only that, but she could probably make the argument that since the gay couple paid her a considerable amount of money to have the baby, that they had provided her with a lifestyle that could no longer be had in their absence. That could end up giving her alimony payments for the rest of her life.

I hate the family court system but California is a lost cause and I'm rooting for Maria on this one.

I don't think you can draft a private contract to abandon maternal rights without involvement of the state for the same reason you can't sell your children.

I'm also guessing that this baby doesn't legally exist yet because it's California and I don't think they recognize unborn babies as having any rights or agency.

the fags could sue her for their money back, and win.
but if they instead try to sue and have the court force her to sign away her maternity rights, that's a lot less likely to succeed.

of course she is, that's what surrogacy is about - a woman agrees to get pregnant with some dudes child, and then agrees to sign away her own maternal rights to the child and allowing the man (and his partner) to adopt it so they become its legal parents.

There are two types of surrogacy: One where the surrogate is the bio mother of the baby. Another is when a donor's fertilised egg is implanted in the surrogate. The latter is legally complicated to resolve from what I know

There's IVF surrogacy where an embro is implanted in the surrogate mother. In that case I think you can say the child is not biologically that of the birth mother.

I didn’t want to show my kitchen and bathroom cause it’s a lot worse and we’ve had a gnat infestation for a couple months now. I desperately want to live in a clean home but I don’t know what to do anymore. If anyone has advice on how to start cleaning this mess and stay motivated to keep cleaning please let me know! ❤️"

Please guys, my bedroom is messy and I don't actually feel like cleaning it, could someone online please make me want to clean? Idk what to do I'm powerless help.

What do they mean this is their last resort? If the mental giants at Reddit can't trick them into doing basic chores they're just going to give up and resign themselves to living amongst a pile of refuse for the rest of their life?

I'll bet if their internet went out and they couldn't get on Reddit or social media for a day or two miraculously their ADHD would start to dissipate and they'd feel a lot more like picking up.

I think you meant the former. It's more complicated legally when the surrogate is also the biological mother, as in this case.

It's all buying babies and it all should be outlawed, in my opinion. It's an altogether evil arrangement.
